I’m not much of a watch person. I don’t know why. I guess working from home I have access to a variety of clocks around me so I really don’t have a need for one. When I’m out and about I can just look at the time in my car or on my cell phone.
My husband loves to wear watches. Currently he doesn’t wear one because it needs a new battery and we just haven’t had a chance to get the battery replaced.
I was recently contacted by a watch company called Orient. They have really gorgeous looking watches on their site for both men and women. They are really “high tech” looking too with lots of intricate parts. I have never seen one of their watches in person but just from the images on their site they look like very high quality watches.
I read some of the Orient watch review and people rave about them. One reviewer says he own 20 Orient watches! Wow, he’s truly a fan of their watches.
I also see that you can WIN a free watch. Once a month, a reviewer will be chosen to win a FREE New Orient Mako just by doing an Orient mako review, either written or video taped. Sweet deal!

My husband saw a few watches he liked too including this really nice looking pocket watch. He said a pocket watch would be great for him because he does a lot of work on computers and having to crawl under people desks and cubes and used to have to remove his watch so as not to scratch it. He thinks a pocket watch would be ideal because he can just clip it on his pants and not have to worry about it getting damaged.
Orient watches range in price (from what I found) from about $125 – $1,800 (I cannot imagine owning a watch that costs more the my mortgage! LOL). With both Mother’s Day and Father’s Day coming up these watches would make great gifts.
