Earlier this evening my family (except our son) watched the movie that we rented “A Haunting in Connecticut“. It was OK. I know our daughter was totally freaked out and probably screamed a dozen times. LOL!
My family tries to have “Family Movie Night” as often as we can. When the kids were younger it was a lot easier. Now that they are older they can’t agree on what movie to rent. What I normally end up doing is picking out a movie I think everyone would like. Tonight’s movie was NOT meant for family movie night. I rented the movie for me and my husband. I rather not have the kids watch creepy movies.
The other day I reviewed a movie that is ideal for Family Movie Night, Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. If you would like to read my review you can find it here, http://www.shescribes.com/2010/09/tinker-bell-and-the-great-fairy-rescue.html.
I noticed this afternoon when we stopped at the grocery store to pick up some veggies for our son’s party yesterday that redbox has the movie as one of their available options.
In this brand new tale, featuring revamped 3D animation, viewers join fan-favorite Tinker Bell as she meets a human for the first time. After watching the movie you and your child can visit the redbox blog (Click Here) to vote on your favorite fairy. Tinker Bell is my favorite but out of the other fairies I think Rosetta is my next favorite.
Did you know that redbox has over 24,000 locations nationwide and a rent and return anywhere policy? For added convenience you can reserve titles online at www.redbox.com or via the iPhone app from redbox.
