Each holiday season many people make sure to pick up a calendar for the new year. You know its the holiday season when you go to the mall and there is a calendar stand or kiosk at every corner. They have calendars for just about anything you can think of; calendars featuring golf course, puppies, NFL teams, scenery, cities, Spongebob, iCarly… you name it there is probably a calendar for it.
Last year, instead of purchasing a pre-made calendar, I had a calendar made that resembled scrapbook pages using my family’s photos. I really enjoy that personalized touch. Its fun to look at the photos every time I check out the calendar to see what we have planned that week.
Personalized calendars are nothing new, however I do know of a different kind of personalized calendar unlike any you have seen before.
Tukaiz Products makes the coolest calendars I have ever seen. Instead of being personalized with your own photos, each page is personalized with the recipient’s name (or family name) set up in unusual ways.
To give you a better idea of what I am talking about here are a few examples. My name is Kimberly so for the sake of showing you a few examples of what I am talking about I’ll personalize the photos using my name.
The first photos (Winter scene) has my name spelled out in DUCKS! I know its hard to see in the photo on the computer but “Kimberly” is spelled out in ducks that are floating on the river. How cool is that?
Check out the other examples too.
Now that you have seen examples of what I am referring to I’m sure you will agree with me that its a pretty cool idea.
We gave a personalized calendar to our son for his birthday. Even though its dated 2011 he still hangs it up on his wall. He was THRILLED to see his name in all the pictures. His favorite picture is his first and last name written in snow on the front of a car. As I have mentioned many times in the past on my blog my son is OBSESSED with snow. He loves everything and anything about snow. When he saw that picture with his name on it he was so excited.
Here is the actual photo from his calendar. I just added the images to block out our last name for safety reasons. The Christmas images are NOT on the actual design.
This is my son’s favorite picture. It looks 100% real, as if someone really wrote his name in the snow and took a picture of it. All the pictures look that way. Its amazing!
What I love about the Tukaiz website is that they offer so much more then just personalized name calendars. They also offer note cards, notebooks, folders and more. My favorite are the posters. They are really cool. When we finally get around to re-doing the kid’s room I want to get them a couple of personalized posters.
My daughter loves the idea of the personalized notebooks and folders. She asked us to get her a few for school. Imagine how many “oohs and ahhs” your child would get if they showed up with a personalized notebook like this?
Too cool! I’m sure all of their classmates will want to have their own personalized notebooks and folders too.
You can even create fun personalized holiday cards too!
The possibilities are endless. Best of all these are products that everyone will love, young and old.
The products are all reasonably priced too making them affordable gift options for anyone on your shopping list. The prices range from $1.99 (postcards) upwards to $29.99 (invitations).
For more information about these fun products, or to play around personalizing them with your name or family name, please visit www.TukaizProducts.com.
Tukaiz would like to give a lucky reader a personalized desktop calendar ($14.99 value). Please note that shipping is not included. Sorry about that. I don’t know what shipping is but you can use their live chat feature and ask them what shipping would be for the desktop calendar to your zip code.
Since this is not a 100% free prize I will not ask you to “jump through hoops” to enter.
To enter please visit Tukaiz Products website (www.TukaizProducts.com), look around then come back and comment on a specific photo you would love to see personalized with your name. Visit the image gallery (found along the top task bar) to view the various photos. Since they do not really have names please describe it to me.
