Lose Weight with MultiGrain Cheerios and the Biggest Loser (Giveaway)

In the beginning of the year many people resolve to eat healthy, lose weight and get in shape. Usually by the time February rolls around most people have already fell back into their old eating habits and become less active. I know that the Winter makes it hard to get out and exercise, especially if you cannot afford a gym membership. I have to go and get some blood tests done to confirm but to be honest with you I believe that I most likely do have Diabetes. I had Diabetes years ago (weight related) as well as Gestational Diabetes when I was pregnant with my first child. After I lose weight the Diabetes went away. I have been told that when I hit my 40′s most likely it would return. I’ll be 43 in May. Sigh…

I love reading about and watching weight loss success stories. I especially love to see before and after pictures. I find them so inspiring. If they can do it when I should be able to do it either.

    have lost almost 60 pounds- and the winter icestorm did not help with motivation but learning self control is a biggie.

    still am getting the eat breakfast and feel better in my system but end up munching on cheerios as my snack and anxiety food instead of grabbing sugarry stuff when stressed- fills me up and good for me

    self control s a biggie and stopping eating after a certain period at night

    Since Jan 6 I have lost 10 pounds. I want to lose 20 more. I have been eating cheerios for breakfast and they really fill me up and I know they are good for me.
