Today is my birthday. Happy Birthday to me! I am 43 today (blah!).
I’ll be out most of the day with my husband. I’m not sure what we are doing yet (movie? lunch? Zoo? Park?). Whatever it is I’m sure it will be fun.

As many of my regular readers might know, I love to take pictures. What you see on my blog is just a teeny, tiny fraction of the number of pictures I take. I can easily take 50 pictures of a butterfly or a flower just to get the “perfect” shot. Most of my photos end up on my external hard drives or burned on various CDs (sigh…). A few end up on a free stock photography site so anyone can use them as they see fit.
It has been my life long dream to see one of my photos in the pages of a magazien or in a book. Oh… I would be over the moon if that were to ever happen. Maybe…someday…

Can you imagine how ecstatic I would be (that would be an understatement!) if one of my photos ended up in a magazine like National Geographic. Oh my goodness!!! I would be beyond thrilled. I would have to buy several dozen copies of the magazine to share with family and friends.

The trip options include an Alaska cruise of the state’s remote wilderness, a Moroccan odyssey spanning the sea to the Sahara or a 12-day journey into the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan. Oh!!! I would have a hard time choosing. I might choose the Alaskan cruise. I’ve always wanted to visit Alaska.

I had the opportunity to try out the new flavors. I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE the Peach Fusion Tic Tac. Sometime Peach flavored candies can be “hit or miss”. Sometimes they taste great, other times they taste really artificial. The Tic Tac Peach Fusion has a real peach taste. Just one little Tic Tac fills your mouth with a pleasant peach flavor. I’m beginning to get rather addicted to the Peach Fusion Tic Tacs. I know you are suppose to have “just one” and then put the pack away for a while but I keep going for more and more of them. I best hide them before I gobble them all up.
The Wild Cherry Tic Tacs are equally as enjoyable (although the Peach Fusion is my favorite of the two). I love this time of year when cherries are almost always on sale and found at the local farmers market. Tic Tac mints picked a great summer time flavor with the Wild Cherry. They are very sweet, just like the real thing.
For someone like me who is trying to watch what I eat and trying to lose weight it’s nice to have something so tiny pack a huge punch when it comes to flavor. At less then 2 calories each and no fat, cholesterol, carbs or sodium, Tic Tacs are an ideal treat to help satisfy your taste buds.
