Sammi Sweetheart’s “Dangerous” (Giveaway)

Everyone has a “guilty pleasure” song or TV show. You know, a song or show that you enjoy but you are overly embarrassed to let others know that you listen to it or watch it. Admit it, you do. We all do. I’ll admit that the Hansen song, “Mmm Bop“, is catchy. Would I go out and buy their CD or download it on iTunes? No. But whenever I hear it I find it hard not to sing along.

My “guilty pleasure” TV show is the Jersey Shore.  My husband and I started to watch it because we wanted to see what all the kids were talking about. Our kids are not allowed to watch it. I don’t care if their friends watch it or not. It is NOT a show suitable for an 11 and 14 year old.

My husband and I usually end up chuckling over their ridiculous antics. We can’t figure out if they are truly that pathetic or if it’s all an act. We cannot imagine what is going to happen with the next season while they are in Italy.

One of the people from the series, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola (she’s the one who used to date Ronnie from the show) came out with her own perfume called Dangerous. Dangerous supposedly has notes of Honeysuckle, Vanilla, Almond, Mandarin, Brown Sugar and Jasmine. I have to say, that is an interesting combination of fragrances. I was expecting it to smell overly sweet and a lot like a cookie with the Almond, Vanilla and Brown Sugar. Thankfully it doesn’t smell like a cookie. I actually like the scent. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what the scent reminds me of. It has a lot of food-like scents but it does not smell like anything even remotely food-like. I think I smell the Jasmine and Honeysuckle more because it does have a floral scent. It’s a light fragrance and not too over powering. It does have a bit of a sweetness to it. This is more of a “sweet” scent then a “dangerous” one.

My 14 year old LOVES this perfume. That doesn’t surprise me one bit. I think this perfume will be marketed more towards the younger, Jersey Shore age, crowd. I’m going to be 43. I have worn this perfume when I”m “out and about” and running errands. If I was going on a night out on the town with my husband I would opt for a more classic scent. Sammi Sweetheart’s Dangerous is more of a carefree, beach lovin’, “young” scent.

Dangerous Perfume is available online at http://dangerousperfume.com/celebrity-perfume. The 1.7 fluid ounce pink bottle costs $21.00, which is not a bad price considering how much most perfumes cost. The 1.7 ounce bottle is actually a decent size, even if it sounds small.

I wanted to take a picture of the bottle that we have but my daughter has it and it is in her bedroom. If you have a teenager chances are you know what their bedrooms look like. Need I say more? LOL!

Guess what? You guessed it! I have a bottle of Sammi Sweetheart’s Dangerous Perfume that I can give to a lucky reader. The giveaway also includes a black tank top that readers “Jersey Girls are Dangerous. My daughter has this too and I cannot tell you where it is to take a picture of it. Frankly, I don’t think she knows either. Her group of friends are always swapping clothes. The picture you see on the tank top of Sammi is NOT on the tank. That is the box for the perfume.

To enter think about this question. If someone made a perfume specifically for YOU, what would the perfume be called and what would it smell like?
