Chocolate Lover’s Dream: Adora Calcium Supplement Make With All-Natural Chocolate (Giveaway!)

Do you get enough calcium in your diet? I certainly don’t. I am lactose intolerant. I can tolerate some things in small quantities but I can’t enjoy a tall glass of colr milk.

I love milk. I used to be able to drink it with no problem. However surgery caused me to become to milk and most ice creams. I can handle cheese and yogurt, but not milk.

As you know our bodies NEED calcium.

Here are some really interesting things about calcium that I was unaware of.

-   Osteoporosis – 44 million Americans, 80 percent of whom are female, are affected by this brittle bone disease.  Incorporating calcium, which makes up the majority of bone tissue, and vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium, into a diet is one of the best ways to prevent osteoporosis.

-   Pregnancy – Calcium is the main component of a growing baby’s tiny bones.  It is important for women to meet their daily calcium needs when pregnant and breastfeeding, or else the calcium required to support the baby will be pulled from the mother’s bones and result in bone loss.

-   Menopause – Rapid bone loss is a side effect of menopause due to a change in hormone balance, specifically the reduction of estrogen production.  Calcium taken by women – both young and old – can help bolster bone mass and minimize the loss of bone over time.  It’s never too late to start taking calcium regularly.

-   PMS & Menstrual Cramps – Calcium is an essential component of muscle contraction and, without it, muscles cramp more easily.  While calcium can help menstrual cramping, one of the best source of the mineral – dairy foods – may actually cause more menstrual pain.  A calcium supplement can help women meet their calcium needs while also alleviating other PMS symptoms.

I knew our bodies needed it to protect against Osteoporosis, but I never knew that about pregnancy, menopause and PMS. That is good to know.

I have taken calcium pills and chews, including chocolate chews. I tend to remember to take the chocolate chews compared to the regular calcium pills. After all, who doesn’t want chocolate?

What if I told you that there was a calcium supplement on the market that was available in both creamy milk chocolate and rich dark chocolate? I’m not talking about a chocolate chew either. I’m talking about yummy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate.

Normally I prefer dark chocolate but I like the milk chocolate Adora supplements better. They are both mouth-watering delicious. After all – they are CHOCOLATE!

Adora Calcium Supplements are a chocolate lovers dream. You would never know that these were calcium supplements that were good for you. All you taste is delicious chocolate.

The calcium chocolate chews have a fake chocolate taste to them. The Adora Calcium Supplments are the “real deal” when it comes to chocolate.

Adora Calcium Supplements not only provide your body with the calcium but also Vitamin D3 and magnesium for optimal absorption. They also help curve your chocolate cravings.

Each chocolate disc is only 30 calories. Depending on your age you’ll need between 1-3 discs per day. Ha! Chocolate 1-3 times per day? Not a problem! LOL!

They are good. TOO good. I could easily eat more than the 2 discs per day that is recommended for my age group.

Adora Calcium Supplements can be found nationally at Whole Foods and other fine retailers for the suggested retail price of $7.99 – $9.99.
