Stains are my enemy. I cannot tell you how many articles of clothing I have had to toss out due to stains. Either that or they end up as “knock around the house” clothes. I’m sure you have some of those. Those are articles of clothing that are still good but are covered in stains and not appropriate to wear out in public. I have an entire drawer full of knock around the house clothes. I think everyone in my family does.
I enjoy doing reviews. I also think it’s a lot of fun to really put a product to the test.
As one of the Resolve All Stains ambassadors I was given the opportunity to perform a Stain Torture Test on a brand new men’s shirt using some of the products that tend to ruin clothing if you happen to get them on it – Grape Juice, Gravy, Grass, Blueberry Juice and Chocolate Sauce.
Resolve sent me a lovely men’s shirt, which I hated to intentionally put stains on. Using various products I purposely put stains on the shirt.
I took a little bit of each product and rubbed it into the shirt to mimic a typical stain.
Poor shirt! I hated to stain it like that.
After I put the stains on the shirt I hide the shirt in the closet for 24 hours. My cats wouldn’t leave it alone (I guess it smelled good) so I had to hide it.
After the 24 hours was up I took the shirt out to add some Resolve All-Stains to the shirt to see if I could remove the stains.
I noticed when I took the shirt out of the closet that the stains had soaked through to the other side.
The only stain that didn’t soak through was the grass stain.
Now for the next part of the Stain Torture Test.
I took our bottle of Resolve All-Stains and squeezed some on each of the stains. I then rubbed it in making sure to get all of the stain covered with the Resolve All-Stains solution.
As you can see the Resolve All-Stains started to work on the stains immediately. I was rather shocked by that.
The most interesting one was the grass stain. The green stain turned into an interesting neon color when I rubbed in the Resolve All-Stains.
The photo doesn’t do it justice. The grass stain turned into a neon green color. that was pretty cool.
After I let the Resolve All-Stains sit for five minutes I tossed the shirt into the wash and afterwards dried it.
When the laundry was done and I retrieved the stained shirt I was pleasantly surprised.
The stains were gone – even the stains that were on the back!
Sorry about the photo. I should have ironed the shirt first. 🙂
Here are close ups of the shirt too. Do you see any signs of stains?
Wow! Those were some pretty tough stains too. Next time I’ll try Ketchup and Pasta Sauce. My kids are always getting those stains on their clothing too. Maybe I’ll have to do another stain torture test?
If this was one of my husband’s work shirts I would have to say that Resolve All Stains would have saved the day with its special dual-action power.
It’s always a gamble when you get stains on your clothing. Even worst when you don’t know exactly what the stain is or how to treat it. The Resolve All-Stains takes the gamble out of whether or not you are using the correct pre-treatment for each stain.
Resolve is also having a sweepstakes on their Facebook page. They want to know if you are a “Stain Gambler”. All you need to do is answer a few fun questions and you can be entered to win a brand new washer and dryer, plus a year supply of Resolve All-Stains.
As a brand ambassador, myself and the other ambassadors will be answering your questions on the Resolve Facebook page. Do you have any laundry questions? If so visit the Resolve Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/ResolveUS and leave a comment with your question. Resolve will then select questions for the ambassadors to answer. I will keep you posted and let you know when the final questions will be posted as well as the answers.
I’m looking forward to answering your laundry questions. 🙂 I hope you’ll leave some questions on Resolve’s Facebook page.

Your special link to the sweepstakes does not work. I tried it twice and got a 404 error message both times. I thought you’d want to know ASAP.
