I am on a quest to find a new pair of sandals before the “official” start of the summer season (Memorial Day weekend). I have been looking over a few wedge sandals that I like but I’m not sure if they would be very comfortable. I’m either barefoot or wearing sneakers. I can’t remember the last time I wore something with a heel. I was just looking at the wedge sandals because I wanted something nice to wear when I attend blogger events. I figured they were a bit dressier then sneakers.
I was checking out the sandals at ShopBop. I think I experienced “shoe overload” because they just have way too many to choose from. Personally I’m not a “shoe person” but I have to admit that I found some really lovely shoes on their site that I wouldn’t mind owning. My daughter on the other hand is very much a shoe person. She would probably “drool” over the shoes I saw on their site.
Checking out websites where you can go shopping is NOT a good idea when you have work to do. Ha Ha.
ShopBop has some lovely summer time dresses too. That is another thing I was thinking about getting for blogger events. I have a red carpet worthy dress, but nothing casual.
ShopBop has some delightful Ellery dresses. Oh how I wish I had the figure for them. I especially liked this nice dress that had an intersting cut to the skirt (short in the front, longer in the back).

Mother’s Day is coming up, not to mention my birthday. I’m sure my husband would be happy if I found something I wanted. He can never figure out what to get me. I always tell him all I need is a “date” with him, either dinner and a movie or the comedy club.
