Beat the heat this Summer with Movies on Demand (Giveaway end 7/5/12)

For the past few days the heat index here in New York has exceeded 100+ degrees. Needless to say me and my family didn’t really venture out much. If my husband’s car didn’t break down resulting in the need for me to drive him to/from the mechanics I probably wouldn’t have left my home at all. I much rather “beat the heat” with the curtains drawn and the AC cranked. I’ll re-emerge sometime in the fall when the temperatures are a more bearable.

When the temperatures outside soar and you rather stay inside like me, you’ll need something to do to entertain yourself. TV and movies is one option. If you are trying to stay cool the last thing you want to do is have to drive in the heat to/from the movie rental store or kiosk. It’s much more convenient to have the movies come to you.

You can watch many of your summer favorites with the push of a button instantly in the comfort of your own home with Movies on Demand (MOD). The most popular movies are available Movies on Demand. Spend quality time with your loved ones and catch up on all the flicks, such as Mirror Mirror, that you’ve been meaning to watch.

To make it more fun for your children or grandchildren why not invite over their friends to watch a movie or two. Make sure to whip up some popcorn. After all, popcorn goes great with movies whether you are at home on your couch or at the theater.
