Chances are if you are a fan of classic movies you know what movie that song comes from. It’s from the movie Singin’ in the Rain, staring Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor and Debbie Reynolds. The movie is celebrating it’s 60th anniversary. WOW! Sixty years.
The movie is being re-released in a special 60th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition. Newly re-mastered in 2011 4K transfer of the best loved Hollywood musical ever-filled with memorable songs, lavish routines and Kelly’s fabulous song-and-dance number performed in the rain.

My whole family loves this movie. In fact, we had a summer rain storm here last week and we were “singing in the rain”.

I love the classics, and I enjoy seeing the scene at The Great Movie Ride at Disney Hollywood Studios where Gene Kelly’s holding the umbrella in the rain and singing! I’ve never seen the movie!
