Growing up I was a die hard “tom boy”. I was more into building forts and fishing then I was playing with dolls and having tea parties. Even as an adult I’m not really into “girly” things. I own two purses (I prefer not to carry one at all) and shoes are just a necessity and I don’t need to buy dozens of pairs of shoes for the sake of fashion.
There is one “girly” thing that I am into – shiny, sparkly, bling! Not just any bling. I love diamonds and precious gems. With our budget I can’t afford to buy some of the pieces of jewelry on my wish list. But I do have several pieces that I cherish and wear as often as I can, even if it’s just to run errands around town. After all, diamonds are a girl’s best friend. 
When I have some free time I sometimes love to browse through jewelry sites online and make up my mental “wish list” of pieces I would love to have some day.
I am IN LOVE with the diamond Signature Drops from Juno Lucina.

I actually have this necklace and pendant. I have been wearing it almost daily with the exception of when I shower and when we went to the beach.
The moment I opened up my package from Juno Lucina it was evident to me that they put a lot of thought into their pieces, including the box the necklace came in. The necklace comes in a beautiful keepsake box that has a padded lid and a small attached ribbon and bow. The box can be re-purposed to hold your Juno Lucina jewelry or other pieces. I am currently using my box to house all of my bracelets. It’s the perfect size for them.
Inside the keepsake box you’ll find the box that the necklace rests in. The smaller box is also padded (lid) and is made exceptionally well.
Once I opened up the inner box and it revealed the Juno Lucina signature pendant and necklace I was in love. The design is just as perfect as it is pictured above. It’s a delicate piece with just the right amount of sparkle and shine.
I tried to take photos of my necklace but my camera is not cooperating with me. The necklace and pendant are a million times nicer in person.
The pendant comes on a matching chain. The chain is fine, which made me worry that it might get caught in my hair and break. So far, so good. I’ve worn this necklace numerous times. A few times it has snagged a few hairs (that happens to me with any necklace I wear) but it hasn’t snapped or broke. It’s a lot “tougher” than it looks.
The chain length is perfect for me. It allows for the pendant to be seen when I’m wearing V-necks or scoop/drape neck blouses. It also shows up when I’m wearing a regular tee shirt too.
I have received several compliments on the piece. People have used the terms “dainty”, “classy”, “delicate”, “exquisite”, “lovely” and “dazzling” to describe this piece. I agree with each and every one of them. I have told a few people about what the design symbolizes. Once they realize that it’s Juno Lucina cradling the head of mother and child they are even more impressed by it.
