Just in time for Thanksgiving – Free Birds! In theaters November 1, 2013

FREE BIRDS

I just learned about a new film coming to theaters on November 1, 2013 called Free Birds. I’ve seen the trailer (actually, I watched it a few times) and it looks really funny.

In this hilarious, adventurous buddy comedy for audiences of all ages, directed by Jimmy Hayward (Horton Hears a Who!), two turkeys from opposite  sides of the tracks must put aside their differences and team up to travel back in time to change the course of history – and get turkey off the Thanksgiving menu for good.

The film stars the voice talents of Owen Wilson, Woody Harrelson and Amy Poehler.

Check out the trailer which debuted on iTunes today.

Looks funny! I love that it comes out just in time for Thanksgiving.

You can find the film on both Facebook and Twitter. You can use the hashtag #FreeBirds on all the social network sites too.

When I first began reading this post and saw the word Thanksgiving, my mind went no!! I do not want to cook right now! I guess that is what I thought. But a new movie! How appropriate that it is called Free Birds. I think they look cute, and I am a fan of any movie that has animals in it. This ought to be another fabulous movie!
