Did you know that today, September 29, 2013, is National Coffee Day? Chances are if you frequent a coffee house you probably already knew that. Many coffee places are offering FREE coffee to patrons today.
I have to admit that I probably drink more coffee than I should. I have one cup in the AM and usually one cup in the afternoon from my favorite coffee place.
Every day, without fail, I enjoy a fresh, hot cup of coffee via my Keurig brewer. My Keurig is my best friend. I can’t go a day without it.
I do love coffee, but every now and then I love to have a hot cup of a “specialty” coffee – Cappuccino, Lattes and Espresso. That is one feature about my Keurig that is missing – the ability to make a drink where you can “froth” the milk.
There IS a special Keurig brewer that does make these kinds of drinks. It’s called Keurig Rivo Cappuccino & Latte System. One day I hope to be able to save up to buy one. For now I just have my beloved regular Keurig brewer.
Now Gevalia is giving coffee lovers something they have been craving – specialty coffees such as Cappuccino, Caramel Macchiato and Mocha Latte that can be made at home with the Keurig brewing system.
I received a few samples to try out. They are really easy to use. Simply pour the power packet into your favorite mug. Next, brew the Gevalia K-cup like you would a normal K-cup. As the coffee drips into your mug it will start to get frothy. When it’s done brewing you have a rich, hot cup of delicious coffee.
Gevalia’s new specialty coffees are now available in stores.
