If you, or a loved one, are fans of the popular series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles there is a new DVD available TODAY (July 1, 2014) where most movies are sold. The DVD is called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Good, The Bad and Casey Jones.
Did you know that TMNT premiered to a whopping 3.9 million viewers and was the top rated series on Nickelodeon in 2012 among boys ages 2-11?
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles explores the companionship of four teenage brothers who learn to rely on themselves and one another to unravel the mystery of their existence as well as grow into the heroes they were destined to be.
In the new DVD viewers will watch brothers Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo adventures in six exciting episodes from the current season. That comes to over two and a half hours of ninja action!
During these episodes, the Turtles find themselves encountering new threats throughout the city including a battle with another mutant turtle called Slash, and even team up with teenage vigilante Casey Jones to stop evil.
The DVD is being released by Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and distributed by Paramount Home Media Distribution. The suggested retail price is $14.99.
Here is a run down of the episodes found on the new DVD.
Slash and Destroy
The Turtles find themselves being hunted by a new threat–another mutant turtle called Slash, who has a personal vendetta against the brothers.
The Kraang Conspiracy
Feeling left out of the action, April insists on joining the Turtles on a mission to TCRI, where they learn a shocking secret about April’s past.
The Good, The Bad and Casey Jones
After encountering mutants and ninjas, Casey Jones decides to take on “pure evil” alone. When he meets Raphael, the two hot-headed fighters must put their dislike for each other aside and work together against a common foe.
Fungus Humungous
A fungus mutant spreading through the sewers causes the Turtles and April to experience their worst fears as Leonardo must face his greatest fear–losing his team.
Metalhead Rewired
When Donnie upgrades Metalhead’s artificial intelligence, he must decide if he can trust a sentient Metalhead…or if he has created a new foe.
Of Rats and Men
When the Rat King returns, Splinter must overcome his fear of the Rat King controlling his mind in order to defeat his foe once and for all.
Personally I am not a fan of the series, but I know that many children and adults are. That is why I thought I would give you a “heads up” about the new release.

We cant wait for the actual movie to hit in theaters this summer, my kids are really excited, although I miss how the old turtles looked, as I prefer them way better, I don’t really like the way they look now.
