I am a BIG fan of Nicholas Sparks. I have a few of his books and every movie that has ever been made from one of his books.
- Message in a Bottle
- Save Haven
- The Notebook
- The Best of Me
- Dear John
- The Longest Ride
- The Lucky One
- Last Song
- A Walk to Remember
- Nights in Rodanthe
I have seen each movie several times (some more than that). A Walk to Remember and The Notebook I have seen the most times, and regards of that fact I STILL cry like a baby when I watch them – even though I know what is going to happen.
I have an autographed copy of Nicholas Sparks’ book The Choice which I am excited to hear was made into a movie and is coming to theaters February 5, 2016. Yeah!
The Choice tells the story of Travis Shaw and Gabby Holland, who meet first as neighbors in a small coastal town and end up pursuing a relationship that neither could have foreseen. Spanning a decade and tracing the evolution of a love affair that is ultimately tested by life’s most defining events, this story features a memorable ensemble of friends and family in Sparks’ beloved North Carolina setting, culminating in the question that every couple must ask themselves: how far would you go to keep the hope of love alive?
The movie even has a trailer. Check it out!
I can’t wait to see it. Just in time for Valentine’s Day too!
The film stars Benjamin Walker, Teresa Palmer, Maggie Grace, Alexandra Daddario, Tom Welling, Brett Rice and Tom Wilkinson.
If you would like to learn more about this film, or keep up to date with it, you can check it out online via social media – Lionsgate Publicity Site, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The official hashtag is #TheChoice.
What do you think about the new movie? Are you excited to see it?
Do you have a favorite Nicholas Sparks movie or book?

I am also a big fan. I think Message in a Bottle is my favorite of the movies, though it is really hard to chose. I’ve read them all, and watched them all more than once.
