Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE coffee. I wouldn’t say I’m addicted to it (I can go days without it if need be), but I do enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.
The caffeine in coffee doesn’t bother me. I can have coffee right before bedtime and fall asleep with no problem.
I find coffee very relaxing and comforting – the same way some people feel about a cup of tea.
I wouldn’t consider myself a “coffee snob.” I am open to all different types of coffee. I’m just not a big fan of flavored coffee. If I want blueberries I rather have the real thing and not drink blueberries mixed in my coffee. Blah!
I while ago I was asked to review Bizzy Coffee. Bizzy Coffee is unlike any coffee I have ever tried before.
Bizzy Coffee is a coffee concentrate. It contains no sugar, no calories and it’s 100% organic. It comes in bottles containing six servings (1/3 of a cup each). Of course, you can use as much or as little as you want to suit your preferences.
Bizzy Coffee is made from cold brewed coffee which results in a richer flavor and 3x’s more caffeine than traditional coffee. That’s great for people who need a cup of coffee in the morning just to function. LOL!
Cold brewing also makes the coffee less acidic, which is something I appreciate. Sometimes coffee leaves a burning sensation in my stomach and I have to eat something to make it go away.
Using Bizzy Coffee is super easy. Simply add one part Bizzy Coffee (1/3rd of a cup) to two parts water. That’s it! That is all you have to do. You can have a fresh, hot, delicious cup of coffee in a matter of minutes. There is no need to wait for your brewer to warm up and your coffee to brew.
You can also make ice coffee just as easy (1 part Bizzy Coffee, 2 parts cold water – add ice).
I’ve tried Bizzy Coffee both ways. As a die-hard coffee fan I can tell you that I am very impressed. Bizzy Coffee is very flavorful and tastes freshly brewed. It reminds me of coffee shop coffee and not the bland stuff that I make at home.
For years I’ve tried to make ice coffee at home using coffee I made in my brewer. It simply does not taste anything near as good as the ice coffee I get from my favorite coffee shop. With Bizzy Coffee I was able to create a delicious cup of ice coffee. Now I can save myself time and money because I can make a tasty cup of ice coffee at home and not have to go out to the coffee shop.
Bizzy Coffee can be used in your favorite recipes too – from smoothies to brownies, and more! There is even a recipe section on the Bizzy Coffee website. You can check out the recipes here.
One of my favorite ways to enjoy Bizzy Coffee is to make coffee flavored ice cream.
I “could” make ice cream from scratch, but who has time for that? Instead, this is how I make it (and it’s OH SO GOOD!).
Ingredients:
- 2-3 heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream (or our favorite ice cream)
- 1/3 a cup of Bizzy Coffee
- Toppings – optional
Directions:
- Put a metal bowl in the freezer for at least an hour to make it really cold.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and put 2-3 heaping scoop of ice cream into it.
- Pour in the Bizzy Coffee (you can use more or less depending on your preference)
- Mix everything together quickly. Once well mixed pop the bowl back into the freezer for an hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can try this with chocolate ice cream, butter pecan or just about any flavor that you would like to add a coffee flavor to.
Consider toppings like chocolate espresso beans or chocolate chips.
Mixed with ice cream Bizzy Coffee tastes AMAZING! I’m thinking of how I can make a shake out of this as well. That would be totally delicious!
You should really check out the recipe section on the Bizzy Coffee website. There you’ll find recipes for Mocha Morning Muffins, Mocha Mint Bizzy Martini, Hot Coffee Chocolate, Cofffee Overnight Oats and Irish Coffee to name a few.
Bizzy Coffee is sold only on the Bizzy Coffee website. You can purchase a sample, 4-pack, 12-pack or even a gift pack for a coffee loving friend.
