I have used Beano + Dairly Defense several times since and so far, so good. I have not had any issues while using the product. In fact I ran out of it and plan on purchasing more. It’s great to keep on hand.

I like that the bottle is small and fits easily inside your purse or pocket. No one even needs to know that you need to take the product.

I LOVE cheese and ice cream and those are my two “problem” foods. I love them – they don’t love my stomach. Often they make me feel crampy and dare I say gassy. Thanks to Beano + Dairy Defense I can enjoy the foods that I love the most and not have to deal with the discomfort afterwards.

This will come in handy with the holidays fast approaching. You know there is A LOT of yummy foods available around the holidays.

Of course you can use Beano + Daily Defense during the summer months. It helps me to enjoy yummy barbecued cheeseburgers and ice cream from the local ice cream shop.

    Anything bread and cows milk. I try to drink almond as much as I can and avoid breads and dairy. Even avoid eggs as well. I gain a lot of weight, no matter how much I watch my diet and work out, if I eat those things (even in small portions)
