Easter Sweet Treat – Bauli Flavor-Filled Croissants

Are you familiar with the Bauli brand? Maybe you don’t know that brand, but you might have seen their holiday cakes, one of which is pictured above.

Bauli makes several holiday cakes including Bauli il Panettone, Bauli Il Pandoro Di Verona Holiday Cake and Bauli Pandoro Limonce. I reviewed a few of them during the holiday season. You can read my review here – Celebrate with Pandoro and Panettone Holiday Cakes.

I recently learned that Bauli also makes Flavor-Filled Croissants. Mmm… I love croissants.

When I went to Paris with my mom (decades ago) her goal was to eat croissants at a side walk cafe when we were there. We did! It was great.

Bauli Flavor-Filled Croissants are oven baked and ready to eat. Their moist, filled and individually wrapped Bauli Croissants are great for Easter baskets and snacking.

Bauli Croissants are naturally leavened. They are available in three yummy flavors – Chocolate Cream, Cherry Jelly and Vanilla Custard.

Bauli was kind enough to send me some samples to try out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and fluffy the croissants are.

The filling is a fun surprise too. Normally I would eat croissants with a little bit of butter. You could put butter on them if you want but it’s not needed. The filling is all you need.

The filling is located in the middle. The end of the croissants don’t have any filling in them.

Chocolate Cream is my favorite out of the three flavors, but Cherry Jelly is a very close second.

Because these are individually wrapped they are ideal for tossing into a lunch bag/box, backpack or enjoy them on the go. Keep a few on hand at your desk to snack on instead of hitting up the vending machine.

They are a generous size and very satisfying. I think they are a bit larger than other croissants I have eaten in the past.

These croissants go beautifully with a cup of tea or coffee.

Bauli even makes “mini” Flavor-Filled Croissants. It’s the same croissant, just in a mini-version. The minis are NOT individually wrapped. They come in a package of six mini croissants. They are also available in the same flavors as their larger counterparts.

Bauli Flavor-Filled Croissants would make a delightful addition to any Easter basket. Even young children would enjoy these mouth-watering, sweet treats. The croissants could also be served as a dessert at your Easter dinner.

The minis are 1/2 the size of their regular croissants.

If you are interested in learning more about these yummy snack treats you can visit the Bauli website at BauliUSA.com. You can also find the brand on social media. All of their links are found at the top of their website.

While you are there be sure to check out their recipe section.

Have you tried Bauli Flavor-Filled Croissants? Which flavor would you most like to try? Are you a fan of Bauli’s holiday cakes?
