A brand new year is right around the corner. It’s a time to look back on the past year and reminisce about your favorite memories. It’s also a time to look forward into a new year full of hope and possibilities.
Reflection is a good thing. It can motivate you, “heal” you, entertain you and help propel you into a better YOU.
You should never enter a new year with negative thoughts. You need to find a way to put those feelings behind you so that you can start off the new year with a positive state of mind.
Sometimes we need to forgive ourselves for past mistakes. If there is one thing I have learned over my forty-something years is that holding on to negative feelings accomplishes nothing. So what, you made some mistakes. It happens. We’re only human. NO ONE IS PERFECT.
Sometimes you need reminders to forgive yourself and to keep moving forward. That is where Roundins comes in.
Roundins are rings for people who appreciate spirituality, health, wellness and practice mindfulness.
Roundins rings are made out of a superior construction that stands the test of time. Their design is simple yet elegant at the same time.
Roundins rings have no gender. Both men and women can wear them.
The rings feature a special symbol and text that wraps around the ring. The text is the most interesting part of these rings. It’s not a single work or sentence. It’s a paragraph!
Take for example the “Forgiveness” ring. It reads:
“If I have harmed anyone in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through my own confusions, I ask their forgiveness. If anyone has harmed me in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusions, I forgive them. And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive, I forgive myself for that. For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions, I forgive myself.”
Yes! All of that is written (in small letters) all the way around the ring.
The “Peace” ring reads:
“May all beings everywhere plagued with sufferings of body and mind quickly be freed from their illnesses. May those frightened cease to be afraid, and may those bound be free. May the powerless find power, and may people think of befriending one another. May those find themselves in trackless, fearful wilderness be guarded by beneficial celestials, and may they swiftly attain Buddhahood.”
The rings are to remind you of these important things.
I was sent to review the “Forgiveness” ring. The rings are available in different finishes – Gold, Rose Gold, Silver and Black. I received the silver one.
The rings have a thick band in order to accommodate the paragraph engraved on them. I wear a size 10 ring (I have chubby fingers). I was concerned that the thicker band would not fit that well on my finger, but surprisingly it did.
You can see the wrap around text in the above photo. The words are written in a tiny font, but it is easy enough to read. You have to rotate the ring as you read it to read it from start to finish. It’s certainly a unique concept.
I didn’t think the ring would be that comfortable to wear. It has such a thick band, something I was not accustom to wearing. I was surprised to find that the ring is very comfortable to wear – so much so that I forget I’m even wearing it.
The ring is a constant reminder to forgive yourself, or find your inner peace (depending on the right you choose). If you need a reminder simply read your ring.
These rings would make a wonderful and thoughtful gift for that person in your life who practices yoga, or who is big into mindfulness and spirituality.
I like that they are unisex. Men and women can wear the same ring. It would be a nice gift to get matching rings for a couple.
The rings are available in sizes 6-12 (men/women sizes).
The rings cost between $63-$127 which is quite reasonable for a ring of this quality. Shipping is FREE in the U.S. They also come in nicely made, quality boxes to store your ring in when not in use.

What do you think about Roundins rings? Does it look like something you would like to own? Would you give someone a gift of a Roundins ring?
