Have you had the opportunity to try out any of Nature Made’s VitaMelts? They are currently available in these varieties;

- Energy (Mixed Berry)
- Zinc (Honey Lemon)
- Sleep (Chocolate Mint)
- Vitamin C (Juicy Orange)
VitaMelts literally melt in your mouth. There is no need to worry about trying to swallow them. You also don’t need a glass of water or a beverage to help you swallow them. Simply pop the dosage in your mouth and let it melt. That’s it! There is nothing more you need to do.
VitaMelts are ideal for people like my daughter who can’t seem to swallow pills. She has a funky gag reflex when she tries and swallows pills. I’ve actually gone so far as to bury medication in food, the same way you would a pet. 🙂 VitaMelts are ideal for people like my daughter. There is no need to swallow anything. Just enjoy the yummy flavors.
Take for example Vitamin C. We all know that we need Vitamin C in our diets to help boost our immunity and other important things. Of course you can get your daily recommended allowance from eating fruits, such as citrus fruits. That is not always easy for some people. Take me for example. As much as I love orange juice and citrus fruits they “burn” my tummy. They are too acidic for me. Taking a supplement such as the Nature Made VitaMelt Vitamin C ensures that I am getting the Vitamin C that my body needs, without the uncomfortable burning sensation I get when I eat or drink citrus.
Another benefit of the VitaMelts is that they come in small, portable containers. That means you can take them with you where ever you go – the office, on vacation, camping and so forth.
I have tried all the VitaMelts currently available and I can say from my personal experiences with them that they all taste really good too. It’s a sweet treat for your mouth, but it’s also providing your body with the things that it needs. Plus when you enjoy how they taste you are more likely to remember to take them and/or look forward to taking them every day.
Nature Made VitaMelt Vitamin C and the other VitaMelt varieties are available at many retail locations across the country such as CVS, Walgreens and Duane Reed.

I tried the Energy Melts and loved them. I recently started taking more vitamins like B12 and added fish oil too and I can really tell a difference especially in my joints.
