Check out the trailer for Trolls, coming to theaters November 2016

Trolls

Do you remember Trolls? If you grew up in the 7o’s and 80’s like I did, chances are you do. They were little dolls that resembled a troll (cute ones) and they had long, colorful hair that stood straight up in the air.

I had a few trolls when I was younger. I used to love to braid and style their hair. I even gave a few dolls haircuts. What is a troll without it’s long hair (in all fairness my Barbie dolls got haircuts too).

Now, decades later, the trolls are back and this time they are coming to the big screen. The new movie, appropriately named Trolls, is coming to theaters on November 4, 2016.

DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls is an irreverent comedy extravaganza with incredible music! From the genius creators of Shrek, Trolls stars Anna Kendrick as Poppy, the optimistic leader of the Trolls, and her polar opposite, Branch, played by Justin Timberlake. Together, this unlikely pair of Trolls must embark on an adventure that takes them far beyond the only world they’ve ever known.

The film features the voice talents of Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick (as mentioned above) as well as Gwen Stefani, James Corden, Russell Brand, Icona Pop, Ron Funches and Kunal Nayaar.

Check out the film’s trailer.

This looks really cute and funny. I have a feeling Trolls dolls will be on many children’s holiday wish list this year.

If you would like more information about the film, check out the film’s website, Dreamworks.com/Trolls, as well as the film’s social media pages – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can also follow Dreamworks Animation on Pinterest. The official movie hashtag is #DreamWorksTrolls.

On a side note, the Justin Timberlake song for this film, Can’t Stop The Feeling, is highly addicting.

Cant Stop this feeling

Coming to theaters on November 4, 2016 is the animated film Trolls, based on those funky looking trolls with the big head of hair that were popular back in the day.

The film stars the voice talents of Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Russell Brand, Zooey Deschanel, Jeffrey Tambor, Christine Baranski, James Corden, Kunal Nayyar, Ron Funches, Icona Pop, Quvenzhané Wallis, with John Cleese and Gwen Stefani.

From the creators of Shrek comes the most smart, funny and irreverent animated comedy of the year, DreamWorks’ Trolls.  This holiday season, enter a colorful, wondrous world populated by hilariously unforgettable characters and discover the story of the overly optimistic Trolls, with a constant song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomach.

DreamWorks’ Trolls is a fresh, broad comedy filled with music, heart and hair-raising adventures.  This autumn, nothing can prepare you for our new Troll world.

The film features original music by Justin Timberlake. In fact, a brand new video has been released for the film’s song Can’t Stop the Feeling. I have posted the video below. You can also find the song on iTunes and Spotify.

I should forewarn you – the song is catchy and it will probably get stuck in your head for the rest of the day. LOL!

For more information about the film you can visit it’s official website, DreamWorks.com/Trolls. You can also find the film on social medial – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. The official hashtag is #DreamWorksTrolls.

Trolls

A few weeks ago I wrote a post about a new movie coming to theaters this fall based on a toy fad from my youth – Trolls.

Many readers might remember those silly looking doll-like toys with the long, colorful hair that you can make stand straight up or style it any way you see fit (I used to braid my Troll’s hair).

The Trolls are back in a new film by DreamWorks Animation.

Here is the new “teaser trailer” for the film.

It looks cute. I can’t wait to see more of the film (new trailers, photos…).

Did you have a Troll toy growing up?
