WOW… it’s been a long, stressful, emotionally draining week.
For those of you who don’t follow me on Facebook or Twitter, my site has been down since the wee hours of the morning on Monday. My website host froze my site. They wanted me to buy my own server because my site is too big. Instead of offering me the chance to upgrade to something a bit more then what I had (and A LOT less $$$ then my own server), they opted to freeze my site, making it hard for most people to get on my site and for me to access my dashboard. Most people saw a 500 server error when they tried to access my site.
You have no idea just how much I was freaking out over all of this. My site is my livelihood. My site means everything to me. I was beyond upset.
THANKFULLY my friend Alison from BeingAlison.comΒ β₯ was kind enough to step in and switch my site over to her host. The move took a bit longer then anticipated, and there were a few bumps along the way, but my site FINALLY made it over to the new host and now I’m up and back in business.
Because some aspects of my site still need to settle in to the new host/server I am unable to start posting again until Thursday morning at the earliest. It could be later then that but I’m going to hope for the best and try in the morning.
I have A LOT of posts to get up over the next week to make up for all the days I couldn’t post. If you subscribe to my site you will notice a lot of posts coming through. I hope you are OK with that? I need to make up for lost time.
I appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time (it was difficult for ME π ). Thank you all for sticking around while I got this all worked out.

yeah…and we DID miss you! I was freaking out too! I cant even imagine how stressful that is. I dont blog but I can see how all of this needs to be very finetuned most of the time and one little (or big) glitch can crush ya’. So glad you have that bad BAD boogeyman server behind you!

what a freaking nightmare! I am glad the worst of it is over for you! congrats on your move and on not having to deal with a company that was willing to freeze your account like that…what a rotten greedy thing to do!!!
