There have been many difficulties for travelers this summer. With quarantine in place and many countries still closed for international travel, it’s been difficult to plan a summer vacation. Luckily certain countries have been creating what’s known as “travel bubble”. This means creating corridors between countries so people can still travel.

Certain island destinations have set their own travel bubble so you can visit safely and without having to undergo quarantine. Some of these include luxury tropical vacation spots. Here are five examples of travel bubble island destinations for your next vacation.

Aruba

Aruba is home to constant sunshine, turquoise seas, and stunning white sandy beaches. If you’re looking to visit Aruba it’s open now to tourists. It has some of the best beaches in the Caribbean region. If you like deep-sea diving and snorkeling there are hundreds of species of tropical fish and reefs to discover. Aruba also has spectacular geographical formations including caves, hills, and natural pools.

Bermuda

Bermuda is a beautiful little island in the North Atlantic ocean. It has stunning beaches, amazing scenery, great nightlife, and fantastic resorts. Bermuda also has more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the world. So if you like to play golf, it’s the dream destination for you. There is also sun all year round so even if you’re planning a winter vacation it’s a great option.

The Galapagos Islands are one to tick off your bucket list. The Travel bubble in the Galapagos has meant that there has been an increase in tourism. Visits are always limited however to preserve the natural and endangered species. They’re famous for their wildlife including the giant tortoise, sea lions, crabs, sharks, and many exotic birds.

Jamaica

The Jamaican landscape also features soaring peaks, surging inland rivers, and towering waterfalls. The island really does have a lot to offer.

St. Lucia

St. Lucia is a wonderful combination of sunshine, tranquil beaches, lush rainforests, and vertical cliffs. Try hiking up one of the main peaceful nature trails, or if you prefer, spend the day on one of the island’s many beaches. You can also visit sulphur springs that are warm due to the heat from the island’s very own volcano.
