I don’t normally write about personal things, such as when “nature calls,” if you know what I mean. That kind of stuff is personal and private. At the same time, we all have to “go.” It’s a part of life, no matter how old you are.
There are a lot of products on the market that help you to get a better “clean” than just using toilet paper. I’m referring to wipes that provide you with extra “cleaning” abilities. Hopefully you know what I am referring to.
Cleaning wipes can be pricey. The cost can also add up overtime, especially if you are a family with multiple members. In addition, when you use such wipes you are only adding to the sewage system (flushable), or landfills (non-flushable).
What if I told you that you can get the same kind of clean without spending any extra money. In addition, there is no additional waste being added to sewage systems or landfills.
Let me introduce you to the UnWipe.
Now good stewards of the environment who enjoy a clean bum can say goodbye to pricey and potentially harmful flushable wipes and hello to The UnWipe.
Here is some information about the product.
The UnWipe is the world’s newest sustainable, butt-cleaning solution that leaves nothing behind. This nifty device instantly upgrades your own toilet paper by creating a rich texture on the surface of your toilet paper; all while adding the perfect amount of moisture required for proper cleaning!
Soaking or spraying toilet paper makes it soggy. The genius engineering behind The UnWipe has created a surprisingly stronger paper thanks to being pressed into a super-soft, mesh, hypoallergenic silicone layer that adds ribbing. This brilliant combination of texture, joined together with water transforms regular toilet paper into something that cleans all your parts completely no “buts” about it. Plus, all of this happens in about ½ a second and your toilet paper is then flushed like normal.
The UpWipe is a small, hand sized product that is as easy to use as mentioned above. All you need is your own toilet paper. It’s also so easy to use that children can do it.
When it is time to go, users simply pop off the top of The UnWipe device and press their scrunched-up toilet paper into the mesh. There is no set number of toilet paper sheets you need to use. That would be up to you.
After you press the toilet paper into the UnWipe, simply wipe as usual and let the toilet paper flush away like you normally would.
The results are a cleaner and greener butt every time.
I received an UpWipe to review. I will spare you any personal photos (ha ha).
The UnWipe is made from a soft, flexible silicon material. The “lid” is attached so you don’t have to worry about misplacing it.
This is literally so simple to use. I honestly didn’t expect too much with this due to it’s simplicity, and frankly, it’s a bit peculiar. However, since day one I realized that this is one of those “where has it been all my life” type of product. It’s excellent and does just as well as those pricey wipes.
There is even a little emoji “poop” that gets pressed onto the paper. Silly, but it helps with the clean too (it adds texture).

I personally don’t use it daily, but my husband and son do. They use it every day from what I know. That is the great thing about this product – the entire family can use it from your child to your grandparents.
The UnWipe is easy to clean and it takes up literally no room. It’s about the size of a deck of cards.
The UnWipe sells for $29.95 on the brand’s website and is available in different colors. Initially I thought this seemed a bit pricey for how simple it is, but when you think about how much money you’ll be saving on wipes and how much better for the environment this is, it doesn’t seem that bad after all.
