Bazinga! Now available, The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series

Every now and then a television series comes on the air that is a “can’t miss” week after week.

I remember the days before DVR. We had a VCR to tape things, but we’d forget, we didn’t have a blank tape, or it got messed up. If you missed the airing, you were out of luck. For this reason I am grateful for not only DVR, but also the ability to stream your favorite shows and pick up your favorite seasons on Blu-ray or DVD.

One of my family’s favorite television series is The Big Bang Theory. We were sorry that the series had to end. Thankfully it’s not only in syndicate, but the complete series is available on Blu-ray, DVD and digital.

The Complete Series of this blockbuster comedy follows the hilarious trajectory of best friends Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper: geniuses in the lab and challenged in the real world. Yet both somehow manage to entangle themselves in wedded bliss: Leonard with his street-smart neighbor, Penny, and Sheldon, after a long courtship, with Amy, a successful neurobiologist. Across 12 universally beloved seasons, they and their friends—fellow scientist Howard, his adorable microbiologist wife, Bernadette, and astrophysicist bachelor Raj—attempt to solve quotidian conundrums posed by academia, family crises and video games while solving world-changing problems in physics. Proving, ultimately, that what matters most in the universe is fun, friendship and a well-founded theory. Oh, and a Nobel Prize would be nice.

From Chuck Lorre Productions, Inc., in association with Warner Bros. Television, The Big Bang Theory stars Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch. Chuck Lorre, Steve Holland, Steven Molaro, Bill Prady, Dave Goetsch, Eric Kaplan and Maria Ferrari are executive producers of the series, which was created by Lorre & Prady.

I honestly could not tell you who is my favorite character from the series. They are all hysterical, especially when the characters are all together.

I own a “Soft Kitty” t-shirt and a “Soft Kitty” plush toy. Whenever one of my family members complain they can’t sleep, or don’t feel well, I actually break out in song and sing “Soft Kitty.” My kids just roll their eyes at me because they think I am weird. Ha Ha.

The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series is now available commercial free (which I appreciate a lot). Individual season are also available for purchase.

Digital copies of The Big Bang Theory (the complete series and individual seasons) are available from retailers such as iTunes, Amazon Prime, GooglePlay and Vudu. Physical copies (Blu-ray and/or DVD) are available from major retailers like Walmart, Target, Amazon and Best Buy.

You can also purchase the complete series and individual seasons here at OwnWBTV.com.

I own the complete series. It’s so nice to be able to watch episodes back to back (binge watching) whenever I’m in the mood for some laughs. I also appreciate the opportunity to view specific episodes and seasons as well.

I’ve started watching the series from the beginning. So far I’m about 1/3 of the way through season three. There were twelve seasons of this hit show. There are over 200+ episodes. The series ran from September 24, 2007 to May 16, 2019.

You can check out the show on Facebook. It looks like they still publish posts on their official fan page. They also seem to update their Twitter page frequently.

If you would like to see what others are saying about the show, or if you would like to engage in conversation with others about the show, use the hashtag #BigBangTheory.

Do you have a favorite character on the show? What about a favorite episode or story line? Feel free to comment and share your thoughts. I always love to hear from readers.
