I take several supplements each day as per my physician. I need a B complex, Vitamin D and Iron. I also take a vitamin that helps boost your mood (to help combat S.A.D. – Seasonal Affective Disorder).
Because I take a lot of medications in both tablets and capsules, I opt for gummies as the way I take my supplements. There are just so many tablets and capsules I can swallow each day (due to illness), that I enjoy another way to ingest them. Sweet and tasty gummies makes taking supplements easier and more enjoyable.
Did you know that you can also get your wellness needs via a patch? I honestly didn’t know that until recently. I know you can take nicotine patches to help with quitting smoking, but that’s about it. The idea of getting wellness products into my body via a patch is definitely interesting.

The patches are easy to use and apply. Simply apply them to a clean, hair-free area of your body such as such as your wrist, torso, bicep, shoulder, back, or ankle. I use my ankle so that no one sees them and asks questions about it. I work with kids and they are very nosy at times (ha ha).
Honestly, once I apply it to my ankle and go on with my day I don’t even remember I’m wearing it. It’s not uncomfortable at all. It’s like wearing a Band Aid. You simply forget that you are wearing it.
The patch stays on until you take it off. They are even waterproof. You can leave them on for hours (up to 24 hours). Read the packaging first because some of the patches have specific recommendations.
- For our CLARITY and VITALITY patches, we recommend applying these upon waking, and removing at the end of your day.
- For our RELAX and SLEEP patches, we recommend applying these 10-15 minutes before bed, and removing when you wake.
I have not tried wearing two different patches at the same time. I’m not sure if that is doable or not.
I was a bit apprehensive on whether or not these would work, but to my surprise, they do! Well, I’m not 100% sure about all of them, but Vitality, Clarity, Relax and Sleep work for me. I really haven’t noticed much with Metabolize/Metabolise, Glow or Love. However, if the other patches work, perhaps these do too and I just don’t really notice it.
I haven’t tried the one for Menopause since I am post-menopausal.
My favorites are Vitality and Clarity because they seem to really help me to focus and get things done. I don’t have “brain fog” and I’m actually able to focus better. I also feel like Vitality DOES give me a boost of energy. It doesn’t leave me feeling jittery or have that “crashing” feeling you get when you come off the “caffeine high.”
I need to stock up on these two patches for sure.
As for Relax and Sleep, those seem to work well too. I don’t use them as often as the other patches. I prefer to wear them when I am having a hard time sleeping and/or “turning my brain off,” so to speak. When I have used them I honesty feel like I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy.
I can’t say for sure how long it takes for the patches to start working once applied. I never timed it. I just put one on and go about my day. It’s not until later in the day that I can say for sure that the patch was doing it’s job. It just does in a subtle way. It’s not like you get any kind of a “rush” feeling.
The only issue I’ve had thus far is I have a hard time peeling them off their paper backs. The patches themselves are clear, but they come with a paper back that you need to peel off before applying. I usually have to fight with it, but maybe others can get the backs off quicker and easier than me. Maybe they should have a little tab you can pull to help peel them off better.
