I have mentioned this in previous blog posts that I work with children. I currently work with K-5th graders in a school setting.
I truly enjoy giving my “work kids” treats and other goodies. I love seeing the surprised looks on their faces when I hand them something they didn’t expect.
Every holiday I always gift my “work kids” something that is either related to the holiday or season. I usually give them goodie bags filled with small toys, stickers, and candy.
Whether you are like me (someone who works with children), or a parent who is planning on a party for your child, look no further than Joyin for your party/holiday favor needs (and more!).
Joyin offers consumers a variety of party favors, party supplies and party décor for different occasions, In addition, Joyin also carries toys, apparel, arts and crafts, and so much more!
Joyin was kind enough to send me some goodies to give out to my “work kids” for Valentine’s Day. Some of the goodies I don’t plan on giving them until Friday (February 12th). I am working on having a Valentine’s Day party that day (pizza, donuts, maybe hot chocolate depending on the weather).
Joyin did send me some products I was able to give to the kids ahead of Valentine’s Day.
I received to review the Valentine’s Day Craft Set from Joyin. The Valentine’s Day Craft Set includes foam stickers, stickers, temporary tattoos, and stamps.
There a whopping 700 pieces comes with this set, including over 60 different Valentine’s Day themed designs.
I added the temporary tattoos to the prize bin. Within a week almost all of the tattoos were gone! The kids love temporary tattoos, that they were the #1 prize choice in the bin. Even the boys enjoyed the designs.
As for the stickers and the stamps, I put them out each day for the kids to make their own Valentine’s Day cards with. They have been having a blast with all the wonderful designs to choose from.
Here are the kids enjoying the stickers and stamps. There are a few stickers that did not come with the Joyin set (mostly the sparkly hearts). The foam (thick) stickers and roll of stickers are part of the Joyin Valentine’s Day Craft set.
The kids have been having such a good time making their own cards. I enjoy seeing their creations.
Joyin also sent me to review their super cute Valentines Party Favor Set with 28 Animal Erasers. There are 19 kids in our program three days per week, so I’ll have enough for each child. I can send the additional ones home with the children that have siblings at home, so that they can give to their brothers and sisters.
I have not given these out to the kids yet (I am on Friday), so I cannot provide you with their reactions. However, knowing my “work kids,” I know they are going to be THRILLED to receive these. I have been anxiously waiting to give these to them. I wanted to give it to them closer to Valentine’s Day.
The description says that these erasers can be taken apart and re-assembled, but I don’t really think they can do that. I have only taken out the penguin from it’s packing and I don’t want to really try and take it apart. It doesn’t look like it can.
As far as an eraser is concerned, I think the kids will use these more so as cute toys rather than destroy them by erasing their mistakes on their school work.
I adore the selection of critters. Each one is wrapped in plastic wrap.
To assemble, simply add a string (included) and card (also included) to the top of the heart.
Some of the cards I don’t really care for (the ones that say “I love you”). While I do care for my “work kids,” I don’t think it’s appropriate to give them something that says that. Sadly, we live in a day and age where some parents might see that as inappropriate. So those cards I won’t be using.
The hearts can also be repurposed and re-used. They look like ornaments in a way.
Joyin has a great assortment of Easter goodies that I am already eyeing for my “work kids.” They sell eggs that make a sound when you shake them. I am seriously learning towards getting those to gift to my “work kids.”
Joyin also has a massive arts and crafts set, similar to the Valentine’s Day one that I received to review. I am considering getting that for my “work kids” at well, knowing how much they are enjoying the Valentine’s Day set.
Joyin doesn’t only carry holiday themed products, but products for many occasions.
