How often do you sit and reflect on things you need to do each day? Do you think ahead for the entire week, or just focus on one day at a time?
Are you the type of person who is always jotting down “to do” lists and things you need to remember?
I’m a list maker. My smartphone has many notes (too many actually) in the notes sections with things I need to do and/or important things I want to remember. I know I should jot them down on a calendar or similar so that I can keep more on top of things, because notes tend to get “lost” on my phone.
I even make lists on things I need to clean and organize in my home. I think it’s because I prefer “visual” things at hand rather than rely only on my mind (my mind is mush these days).
Using a daily planner is a great way to not only keep on top of things that need to get done on a daily basis. There are plenty available on the market. But what if I told you there was a planner that can help create the best version of YOU as well as keep you on top of things that need to get done.
Let me introduce you to SZN Daily Planners.

According to the brand;
Our planners are your ultimate tool for leveling up your life. They don’t just organize your days; they transform your mindset into one that’s optimistic and resilient, one page at a time.
I received the brand’s January 2025 – June 2025 bundle. Their July 2025 – December 2025 are available on pre-sale right now.
These are not your ordinary planners. The first thing I noticed is that they are very high quality. They are hard cover books, complete with an attached ribbon to help keep your place in the book. I appreciate that added touch.

Just like most planners, this planner does offer monthly, weekly and daily calendar spreads. This planner also offers the following.
“To Do” List section – This makes me happy because as I stated early, I am a list maker and I like knowing what I need to get done on a daily basis, like a check list.

Hourly time blocks – This is handy if you are a very busy person who needs to keep on top of meetings, appointments, kid’s practices, school functions and more. It’s must more effective than jotting things down on your phone, Post-It notes or keeping appointment cards in your wallet.
Morning routine – This is an interesting section which I honestly didn’t think I’d need, but when I saw it I thought that it was a genius idea. You can use this section to ensure that you complete all you need to get done in order to make sure you have a smooth and easy day. What I mean by that is you can include things such as pack lunch, charge phone, take your vitamins/supplements… or whatever you need to get done to set the rest of your day in a positive way.

Daily non-negotiables – This is another ingenious idea. In this section you can list things that you want to make sure get done – no matter what. You can put down whatever you want from drinking a section amount of water, getting 10,000+ steps, reading a chapter or two in a book…. whatever healthy habit you want to get done daily no matter what. This is a great way to not only remind you what you need to do daily, but also helps to keep you accountable to make sure you complete all the non-negotiables daily.

“Sending Love To” – This is my favorite section. It’s an area in the planner where you can send love to someone important to you daily. It can even be to someone who is no longer in your life. For example, my mom passed away decades ago, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t miss her and think about her often. You can jot down something like “Missing you mom. I wish you were still here.” Something along those lines. However, this planner is personal to YOU, so you can write down anything you’d like.
Today’s Affirmation and Gratitude sections – These sections help you become a better you, on top of being organized (such as with the above mentioned sections). You can jot down daily affirmations and things you are grateful for. I think many of us are guilty about not feeling and thinking about things we are grateful for. They can be things as simple as the sound of a bird singing and a frog croaking to owning a home and good health. Sometimes we need to step back and really think about those things. We need to appreciate the life we have.

Utilizing daily affirmations are helpful in creating a better sense of who you are and who you can be. They help to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. They can also help to motivate and encourage you.
Extras – There are other sections where you can jot down how you want to feel today as well as how you’d like others to feel today. You can close out the day by writing down what your best part of the day was and how you want to make tomorrow a better day.
This is more than just a planner to keep you organized – it’s a way to make YOU a better version of yourself with affirmations, gratitude, reflection, and so much more.
There are plenty of spaces to write in this book. It also lies flat to make it easier to write.

The planners are available in a bundle or individual books. The books are available in cream, black and baby blue colors.

These would make great gifts, especially Mother’s Day and as a holiday gift to start the new year off right.
