Are you looking for a great gift for the foodie in your life? Or perhaps you would like a thoughtful hostess gift.
Cookies, cakes, pastries, and chocolates and such are fine to give as gifts, but sometimes people want to gift someone something they would never expect. Not only that the holidays usually cause people to have a “sweetness overload” between the sweet treats and candies. Sometimes people are craving something more savory.
If you are looking for a tasty gift that can be used and appreciated in many ways, check out 15 Olives. They help bring the magic of the Mediterranean to every kitchen.
15 Olives is a Florida based brand that crafts their products in small batches. Their olive oil is cold pressed to turn everyday cooking into a sensory experience.
Their beautifully packaged holiday gift sets pair gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars in chic, ready-to-gift boxes that are as stylish as they are flavorful. From their 3 bottle classic sets to the NEW 5 bottle Dippers Set, they are perfect for the home chef, hostess, or anyone who loves a little extra drizzle of luxury on their table.
Even a single bottle of their award-winning olive oil or balsamic makes a thoughtful, luxurious gift, making 15 Olives an ideal choice for any budget and any foodie on your list, from home chefs to casual cooks who appreciate quality ingredients.
I was sent some 15 Olives olive oil and vinegar to check out for myself.

The 2024 Mild Extra Virgin Olive oil is a monovarietal Taggiasca Olive Oil. The Taggiasca Olive has fruity notes with a sweet scent, firm bite and aftertaste of almonds and pine nuts. This 100% USA EVOO is a great everyday oil. Pairs up nicely with seafood dishes, fresh salads and citrusy flavors. Try it to highlight the flavors without covering them.
This is a light, yet flavorful, olive oil.
It’s hard to explain what I mean by “light.” It just tastes different, but in a good way, to the olive oil we normally get from the grocery store. The grocery store variety just tastes “heavier.” Hopefully that makes some sense.
You can really taste the difference is what I am trying unsuccessfully to convey.
This is a great olive oil to drizzle on your salads or fresh vegetables when you want to add some extra flavor to them.
Mix this with some garlic, Italian seasonings, and black pepper for a delicious dip for bread.
I tried this and let me tell you my husband and son gobbled up all the bread. They filled up on the bread! In one way that’s a good thing (they enjoyed it), but on the flip side they were too full from the bread to enjoy their dinner.

Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
This white balsamic vinegar infused with honey and ginger provides an amazing flavor for any meal. Drizzle this fantastic vinegar over your Asian cuisine for a flavor profile that you will not forget. It is an excellent addition to your seafood dishes as well.
I am so very impressed by the variety of balsamic vinegars 15 Olives has. I didn’t know you could have so many different flavors. I thought balsamic vinegar only had one taste/variety.
15 Olives has balsamic vinegars such as Blueberry, Blood Orange, Strawberry, Vanilla Fig, Mango Siracha and Elderberry. I didn’t even know there was such thing as a white balsamic vinegar.
The brand sent me a bottle of their Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar to try out for myself.
Oh my goodness! This is hands down THE BEST balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. It has an amazing flavor. Who knew balsamic could taste this good.
I didn’t know balsamic came in any other color than a deep, rich red. This balsamic is a light color.
I’ve tried this mixed with some of the 15 Olives olive oil I received to review (above) and drizzled it over a regular salad (lettuce, cucumbers, carrots…) as well as a beet salad. My favorite is with the beet salad. I also drizzled this over some broiled chicken and some rotisserie chicken. YUM! YUM! YUM! It really turns a drab meal into something mouthwatering and delicious.
Mmm… just writing about it makes me crave it. It’s THAT good.
I love ginger. I love honey. I love balsamic vinegar. Who knew that together they would make one of the most flavorful experiences. You get that spiciness (for lack of a better description) from the ginger and the sweetness from the honey, combined with a quality balsamic.
Because I am such a huge fan of his balsamic, I’m curious to see what the other flavors taste like. They do have gift sets of the balsamic available. After the holidays, if they still offer the gift sets, I am definitely going to pick one up for myself.
