I work with young children and A LOT of them need help with writing their letters correctly. This workbook would be ideal for them.

Building a second language foundation early is one of the best gifts you can give a young learner, and the <b “>Brain Quest Workbook: Learn Spanish (K-1) is designed to make that introduction feel like a celebration rather than a chore.
This 80-page workbook is specifically tailored for children ages 4–6. It moves beyond simple memorization by immersing kids in the language through vibrant illustrations and interactive play.
I work in a school where a majority of the students are either Spanish speaking or come from Spanish speaking homes. Our school even has a special “dual language” program for K-6th grade students where they learn in both Spanish and English. Honestly, if that program was around when my kids were little I would have signed them up for it. It’s much easier to learn a language when you are younger.
Why I love this workbook.

These books offer a “no mess, no stress” way for children (typically ages 5 and up) to practice essential subjects like math and phonics. Instead of just filling in circles or writing out lines of text, children use stickers to complete vibrant, mosaic-style images of animals, monsters, or magical creatures.
Each activity follows a simple, engaging flow that keeps kids motivated:
- Solve the Problem: The child completes a curriculum-based challenge, such as solving a first-grade math equation or filling in a missing letter to complete a phonics word.
- Find the Sticker: Each answer corresponds to a specific sticker found in the back of the book.
- Create the Image: The child places the sticker in the designated spot on the page. As they solve more problems, a hidden image—like a baby animal or a friendly monster—slowly comes to life.
The image that is created is almost like a “reward” because children not only get to use the included stickers (what child doesn’t love stickers), but they also can feel proud of their accomplishments by seeing the finished image.
I was sent two Learn with Stickers books to check out for myself: Learn by Sticker Addition and Subtraction (ages 5+) and Learn by Sticker More Phonics (ages 6+).
