Purchasing gifts for men is NEVER easy, at least that is how I feel about it. Whenever I needed to buy a gift for my father for Father’s Day, I always found myself resorting to the good old standbys such as a mug, candy and/or some form of clothing. When it comes to purchasing gifts for women, I feel like there are so many more options. Then again, that is just my own personal experience.

Did someone say CHOCOLATE? I love chocolate. I NEED chocolate in my life. Never a day goes by when I don’t indulge in a piece of chocolate (or two…or three…). I keep a good “supply” in our kitchen.
I find chocolate to be soothing and comforting, sort of like a hot cup of tea in a way.
Men enjoy chocolate just as much as women do. Just ask my husband. He’s more than happy to enjoy some chocolate every day. I suspect if you looked in his desk drawer you might find some hidden there as well.

First and foremost, the chocolate is DELICIOUS. You can tell this is not your average “drug store/check out, mass produced chocolate.” This chocolate definitely has a gourmet quality and taste to it. As my husband put it, “it’s very chocolatey.”
As far as the functions they aid with, I found that BLISS OUT worked the most for me. It contains an ingredient called Kava. Kava has always mellowed me out (I used to drink kava tea when I was younger). It doesn’t get you high or anything like that, it just makes you feel mellow. I found that it helped me to calm my mind and get better sleep. I think that is a bonus of this bar.
As far as endurance, I’m not sure. I drink a lot of coffee, so I couldn’t really tell if there was a noticeable difference. I have been blogging a bit more, so perhaps it does. The past several weeks I just haven’t had the “oomph” to blog. Maybe this chocolate helped?
My husband loves this chocolate, and I’m sure if I purchased more of it for him he would be happy with it as a Father’s Day gift. Remember, women can enjoy this chocolate too (I sure did).

I cannot comment too much on these socks, but I can tell you that they are SO SOFT! I wanted to keep these for myself, but I wanted to get a man’s opinion on them (since they are men’s socks). I gave one pair to my husband (beige) and the other pair to my adult son (white). My son asked me where I got the socks from. I asked him why, and he said he’s like to get some more. I asked if he liked them, and he said “yes” (he’s a man of few words – literally).
