Yesterday was a horrible day, and I do mean H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E.
It was my son’s birthday. When he got into work he learned that he’s being laid off from his job as of November 2nd. (2025). Let’s just say he didn’t have a “happy” birthday. He was also stuck in horrendous traffic on the way home from work.
As for me, I had an issue with my hair (had to do with a product I was sent to review).
I was running late for work. My co-worker was going to be very late, so my boss had to come in an sub for a bit. Things were CRAZY at work and on top of it all, the site inspector showed up and I was written up for not having a specific paper on hand (something my boss DIDN’T give to me but insisted she did).
There were other things, but overall it was a bad day. All I kept thinking of was a line from a Seinfeld episode where George Constanza’s dad said “serenity now” every time he felt stressed out. I NEEDED serenity yesterday.
There are ways that people find peace and serenity in their lives. Some people meditate. Other people might go on a long walk, call a friend, take a nap, listen to music, snuggle with a pet… the list goes on. People need to do what works best for themselves. As for me, I take advantage of what I call “fuzz therapy,” which is playing with one of my cats, or petting them when they sit on my lap. I also enjoy listening to music or just sitting in a quiet room.

The bracelets themselves are exceptionally well made. You can clearly see that a lot of love and care went into the making of each one. They are gorgeous! I wish my photos came out better. They truly do NOT do these beautiful bracelets justice.
You can wear these bracelets alone or together (all three, two at a time…). I’ve been wearing them together as well as one at a time. I’ve even worn one on one wrist and one on another.
Not that it’s intended to do so, but I find that I touch these a lot when I am wearing them, almost like a “fidget-like” accessory. They are so smooth to the touch. I just love running my fingers over the stones.
I have a thick wrist and these bracelets fit me just fine. They are not uncomfortable at all. \
The bracelets are available in sizes S, M and L.
The brand does show you have to measure your wrist size in case you do not know it. I believe the one I have is L.
