I have always loved to play with playdough-like products. In fact, my mom used to make me homemade dough. I don’t remember what the ingredients were, but I know she made it on the stove.

I used to love to create a variety of things, from creatures to accessories for my Barbie dolls. I even created some furniture for my Fisher Price Little People (back in the day when they were still made out of wood. I’m old…).

I’ve never met a child that didn’t enjoy playing with dough-like products. Even with the creation of slimes, I still know children that will choose a dough over a slime any day (myself included). There is so much more you can do with a dough than a slime.

You can purchase doughs just about anywhere toys are sold, as well as online. You can also make your own dough using one of the many dough recipes found online.

Oh my goodness! The scented kiddough in this kit smells A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Even my husband enjoyed sniffing it. It’s scented like “forest fir.” It doens’t smell like a Christmas tree, per say, but it does have a fir/pine-tree like scent, which I’m obsessed with.

This kit comes with a variety of forest critters, leaves, trees, plant, stump, mushroom and an acorn.

Children can manipulate the dough to create a variety of scenes, or simply enjoy it as a normal dough. In addition, this dough can be used with accessories that you use for other doughs such as “knives” and spatulas.

Trick-or-Treat (Candy Corn) Play Kit

Forget about giving your child candy this Halloween season. Instead, give them a Kiddough Halloween Play Kit. The brand has different options to choose from.

I was sent to review the brand’s Trick-or-Treat Play Kit with candy corn scented dough. I know not everyone is a fan of EATING candy corn, but it is a classic Halloween candy scent. This dough did not disappoint.
