I truly enjoy doing beauty product reviews. It’s a wonderful way to learn about brands and products that I might not otherwise have the opportunity to learn about. I do read other blogs and customer product reviews, but nothing compares to actually having the opportunity to try out a product for yourself.

I while back I was introduced to the brand Mini Bloom.

Mini Bloom is a brand whose products are rooted in nature, formulated to nurture. They are geared a lot towards babies and children, however adults can use their products too.

Mini Bloom has a lot of fans, including Katherine Schwarzenegger who posted on an Instagram story that she was a fan of Mini Bloom. Her favorite products are the brand’s  Fresh N’ Clean and Knots Be Gone products. She also commented on how these products are the best for her daughter’s hair.

Mini Bloom Fresh N’ Clean 2-in-1 Hair + Body Wash

This product is just as good for adults as it is for children. In fact, my husband, daughter and son have all used this body wash. My husband and son have even used it as shampoo (they both have buzz cuts, so they don’t have much hair). My daughter and I both have long hair (my daughter’s hair is super thick too). Although this product is fine for hair, we both opted to use our regular shampoo products. It’s not that we didn’t trust this as a shampoo, we just felt that we needed to stick to our regular shampoos. My hair especially needs the extra moisture from the shampoo and conditioner that I normally use.

As a body wash, this washes your skin well, and rinses off perfectly. There is no residue, nor does it dry out your skin. It does make your skin feel hydrated, to the point that I didn’t always feel the need to use an additional moisturizer when I stepped out of the shower.

It also has a pleasant scent. It’s not strong at all, but it does smell nice.

Mini Bloom Knots Be Gone Hair Detangling Treatment

Say goodbye to stubborn knots and unruly hair! My hair gets horrible knots in it. I try and comb out the knots as often as I can, but it’s frustrating to the point where I want to cut all my hair off just so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I have long hair, and it’s wavy/curly.

Even when I comb my hair before bedtime, I wake up with horrible knots and tangles.

I was excited to try this product out. It does exactly what it says – it helps make your hair more manageable with little to no knots or tangles. Even my daughter is impressed. I still get a knot/tangle here and there, but nothing compared to how much I normally had.

Where was this when my kids were little? I could have avoided a lot of tears from my daughter trying to comb her hair.

It also makes your hair feel soft.

The website suggested to take two parts of Knots Be Gone to one part water in a spray bottle and use it that way. That is how I’ve been using it. My bottle arrived with a broken pump top, so putting it in a spray bottle (mixed with water) makes it easier to use rather than unscrew the cap and pour some in my hands. Plus I find it easier to spray it on and comb it through my hair that way.
