Breaking out of my "comfort zone"

I don't know if this is a legitimate "phobia" or not, but, I am what my husband calls a "phone-o-phobic". I dread talking on the phone. I won't even answer the phone unless it's my kids, my husband, school or a call I was expecting. I don't even like to make telephone calls.
