Are you a “shoe person?” What I mean by that is do you enjoy wearing different shoes throughout the week? Do you have different shoes for different outfits? Do you have shoes that match your purse?
I’ve always been a sneaker person. Growing up I was a “Tomboy.” I was outside, playing in the woods behind my house, from sun up to sun down. If I didn’t get filthy dirty, then I wasn’t truly playing. My mom had to force me to take baths every night before going to bed because I was covered with dirt and mud from playing outside.
I guess my Tomboy beginning is the reason why I never really got into shoes (I prefer to be barefoot). My friends loved buying shoes, but for me, a good pair of sneakers that mom could toss in the washing machine was all I needed to be happy.
In my late teens into my early 20’s, that all changed. Once I was old enough to go to parties and hang out with my friends at clubs, I suddenly cared about what I wore on my feet as much as how good my outfit looked and how perfectly my make-up was. It was then that I was able to appreciate why people were so into shoes.
Fast forward a few decades (sigh…). I’m still a sneaker girl at heart, but I do appreciate having a few different options in my closet. I like having a more dressier shoe (more than a sneaker, less fancy than heels), a few dress shoes and some fashionable boots. I like being able to switch things up from time to time. I still lean towards sneakers as my “go to” shoe, but I do enjoy wearing something else as well.
Are you familiar with the brand Arcopédico? I wasn’t until I was pitched a pair of shoes from them.
I was sent a pair of Arcopédico shoes to try out. I was sent to review Arcopedico’s Leta.
The Leta is considered a “slim” shoe. I’m not exactly sure what that means, but none the less, I love this shoe. It’s super cute and goes with a lot of the clothing I have. You could pair these shoes with skirts, dresses, jeans, and shorts. This is a fun shoe for spring, summer and fall.
The Leta features:
- Elastic laces which allow you to slip this style on and off with ease.
- The sole features Arcopedico’s twin-arch support, keeping your feet well supported all day.
- Removable insoles (perfect if they get stinky when wearing with no socks) and are washable.
- Made of Lytech which is soft, lightweight, breathable and will not pinch or bind your feet.
Leta B comes in white and taupe and has a decorative, colorful pattern on the sides. I have the white ones.
There is also the other version of this shoe, The Leta, which is available in red, navy, black and grey and features one stripe.
These shoes are so incredibly comfortable. These feel like “house shoes” because they are so comfy (like a slipper), but these are meant to be worn out and about.
The shoe it’s self is soft on the outside. It might look like stiff material (like regular sneakers) but the shoe is very flexible.
Not to sound lazy, but I enjoy not having to tie my shoelaces. In fact, most of my sneakers have the laces double knotted so I can slip them on without tying them. These shoes come with elastic laces, making it easy to get them on/off.
I can’t comment much on the arch support, but I can tell you that I can wear these to work and my feet are perfectly fine at the end of the day. I’m on my feet a lot at work, and do a lot of walking back and forth. These shoes have been nothing but super comfy to wear.
I haven’t had the opportunity to wash the insole yet. I wear socks and I don’t think I have stinky feet. I guess that is a great option if you need it.
I like how these shoes seem to “mold” to my feet. Because they are soft, they stretch where you might need a little more room. Unlike other shoes that you have to “break in” before they are stretched out and comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time, these shoes were ready to go from the moment I took them out of the box and placed them on my feet.
I love the colorful design too. These shoes match with so much in my wardrobe.

I only see the brand on Facebook, in case you wanted to check out their account there as well.
What do you think of these shoes? Do you think you might want a pair for yourself?
