Do you have a toddler or preschooler at home who goes to school or daycare? Do they need (or want) a backpack to carry around their favorite things such as their favorite plush toy, snack, or blanket?
I love seeing little ones with backpacks. It makes them feel like a “big kid.” My next door neighbors has a three year old that goes to daycare. He has a backpack. It’s so cute and small compared to the ones the kids I work with (currently 1st – 5th graders) use. Not only that, they are much lighter. I don’t know how kids in school these days lug around so many things. I swear their backpacks must weigh more than they do.
I know that school has already started, but I have the cutest little gift idea for a young child who goes to daycare or school. Check out these super cute (and cuddly!) backpacks from the company Naturally Kids.
The Naturally KIDS® brand was created by Home Supplier LLC — a family-run company devoted to creating safe and fun products for your children. Look at these super cute backpacks. They are so darling!

Their backpacks are available in a variety of colors, designs and styles.
Most of their backpack come with soft, snuggly plush toys too. The plush toy can come along with your child simply by strapping it in with easy to use Velcro enclosures. Of course your child can also replace the plush with another favorite of theirs, or let their plush toys take turns going to school or daycare with your child.
Some backpacks even come with an assortment of small plush toys your child can play with.
Naturally Kids sent me one of their backpacks with a Husky dog plush toy. It is so cute! I wish they had backpacks like this when my kids were little. My son especially would have loved one. He had a plush cat toy that went EVERYWHERE with him (literally). It would have been great if his buddy “Bear” could sit on his backpack when he travelled or went to school.

This is a nice size plush toy too. It’s the perfect size for a toddler or young child.
The backpack has adjustable straps for a perfect fit. There is also ample room inside for a snack, change or clothes, child size blanket or other necessities your child might need.

I think these backpacks would make for a wonderful holiday gift this upcoming holiday season. Of course you can purchase them year round too.
Your child doesn’t even need to attend daycare or preschool to enjoy one of these backpacks. They are great for taking “over the river and through the woods to grandmother’s house you go” (ha ha).
Naturally Kids has other cute products. I also really love their plush lamps. That’s right, I said plush. Each one has an adorable plush toy as it’s base and child-friendly lampshades.
Here are a few examples.

They made adorable room accents and a “bedtime buddy” for your child (or grandchild).
They come with a 4 foot chord and have adjustable legs and lampshades. They even come with a LED lightbulb which any parent would appreciate because that means your child can enjoy it right away.

Naturally Kids sent me their Alpaca lamp to review.

You have to assemble the lamp shade. All the pieces come with the lamp. It’s just a matter of inserting pieces into one another.
I’ll admit that I didn’t have an easy time. Partially because I need surgery on my thumb (on my dominate hand). I also think the holes could have been a wee bit bigger. I ended up using a tool just to wiggle (carefully!) the holes open just a smidge more, then it was easy for me to insert them together.

The Alpaca came in a bag. At first I was thinking it was an odd way to ship it, but I realize it was for it’s protections. There was even a bit of foam around the part where the lightbulb goes to protect it.
You need to adjust the neck and legs so that it stands up. Please do so carefully as well.

Once put together is makes for an absolutely precious night stand or desk lamp for a child. Here are a few photos of mine. I’m going to put it elsewhere, I just need to move some furniture to reach the outlet.

The lamp shade is made out of fabric. The whole lamp is “plush” with the exception of the electrical parts.
I need to “fluff it up” a bit better.
I appreciate the easy to use on/off push button cord too.

My only issue (aside from the holes when assembling the shade) is that it’s not easy to see it’s face – BUT – it could also be from the angle I am viewing it at. I’m an adult so I am taller than a child. Also, if this was on a nightstand a child would be level or lower than it when lying down, the the view of the face would be different (better). So it’s not REALLY an issue in the true sense of the word.
These lamps would also make a great gift. What child wouldn’t appreciate a loveable and sweet plush bedside buddy.
If you would like to check out all that Naturally Kids has to offer, you can visit them online at Naturally-Kids.com. You can also find the brand on social media.
What do you think about the backpacks and/or lamp? Do you think your child/grandchild would like one of these? Feel free to comment and share your thoughts. I always love to hear from readers.
