Have you finished shopping for that special man in your life, whether it’s your significant other, father or grandfather?
I hate shopping for men. I can never figure out what to get them, most especially my husband and son. There are only so many colognes, mugs and tools they need. I like to gift them something MORE than that – something they are not used to receiving on Christmas morning.
My husband is a simple kind of person. He’s happy in a pair of sweats, and a t-shirt. He’s not into colognes, jewelry or even dressing up, which is fine with me (married 26 years, so I think it’s cool with me – ha ha).
Our son is a lot different than my husband. He’s into expensive sneakers, boutique clothing (men’s of course), jewelry and cologne. It’s funny how he’s so different from my husband. Our daughter is the same way. I’m a simple kind of person too, but our daughter is totally into brand names, make up, hair stuff and shoes. These apples fell FAR from these trees. LOL!
This year for Christmas my son is in for a surprise. Not only do I have fancy bath and body products for him (not the kind from a grocery or drug store either), but I also have some lovely jewelry for him from TrendHim.
Trendhim designs quality men’s accessories that are fashionable and affordable. They currently have 13 brands in their portfolio, and launch several collections a year and an ever-growing arsenal of articles to help you get the most from your order.
Here are a few examples from the brand’s website.
Trendhim has stylish, trendy, and classic pieces at affordable prices. They even have pieces that I thought were really unique for men’s products, such as the leather bracelet above. I like it!
The brand was kind enough to send me a couple of pieces to check out for myself, so I can see the type of quality of products that they offer consumers. I received the following.
4MM Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Curb Chain Bracelet
- Secure lobster clasp closure
- Surgical-grade stainless steel
I like the simple design of this bracelet. It’s not “fancy” at all.
My son drives a tractor trailer for a living. It’s a “manly-man” kind of job (women can do it too of course!). It’s not the type of job where you would want to wear a decorative piece of jewelry on your wrist where it might get caught on something when you are doing repairs on the truck or something along those lines.
I like that it is both simple, yet classy. He can wear it to both work and out on a date.
Even my husband, who is not really into jewelry, thought this was a nice bracelet.
Women could wear this too. It’s available in different lengths (small through large). I believe the one my son has is a large.
This bracelet is currently only $23 on the TrendHim site. That is a great deal!
ATLAS Gold-Tone Stainless Steel North Star Pendant Necklace
- Curved box links for comfort
- Adjustable-length – you choose where it falls
- Surgical-grade stainless steel
I chose this design for my son because it reminds me of a compass. Since my son travels a lot driving the truck, I thought this would be a sweet way to remind him that he can always find his way home. He also wants to travel around the world some day, so I thought this would be a great gift for someone with a sense of wanderlust.
This is a nice quality necklace. I really like the chain. It’s smooth. I don’t think it would get caught on things like hair or a shirt. The links are really unique (I personally have never seen them before).
The pendant has some heft to it. It’s a solid piece and very well made.
Both pieces came in velvet draw string bags, and the necklace even came in a small jewelry box.
The brand was quick to ship too.
If you are looking for a different kind of gift for that special man in your life, from neckties to belts, and from cufflinks to rings… TrendHim has something for everyone.
