Your new “must have” beauty essential – Sisi Spray N’ Style

Do you wash your hair every day? I used to, but my hair stylist told me not to. She said I should wash it every 3 days to keep my hair from drying out, as well as to extend my hair color. I recently had my hair colored, including some dark purple strands, so I want to ensure that the color lasts as long as possible.

My hair stylist suggested that I spray my hair with water every day to help my waves and curls to “reactivate,” so to speak. I picked up a spray bottle from the local dollar store.

Having a spray bottle to wet your hair is fine, but it’s not the most convenient thing when you are traveling, going to the gym, or simply spending the night at your friend’s house. Spray bottles are not exactly convenient, plus they take up valuable space in your tote, luggage or purse.

The brand Sisi Spray N’ Style solves every one of these everyday problems. It’s a hair brush and spray bottle all in one. 

The brush was designed by a woman named Jessica Urzua, and inspired by her daughter Siena (aka “Sisi”).

After years of struggling to brush and style her daughter’s, Jessica was left feeling very frustrated. The brush bristles were always too hard, and she couldn’t get the detangling product worked in fast enough. The process was too much for bother her and her daughter. 

True to a mom’s problem-solving nature, Jessica came up with the idea to combine a gentle brush with a spray bottle, and that is how Sisi Spray N’ Style came to be.

I’ll be honest, I don’t brush my hair. I cannot even remember the last time I took a brush to my hair. I use a comb and my fingers. Most of the time I just let my hair air dry and pray for the best (ha ha).

I find brushes to be too rough on my hair. They pull my hair and that can hurt. I also don’t like the bristles and the way they feel on my scalp. The only type of bristles I can tolerate are the ones with the rounded ends. This brush has some of those types of bristles. It also has other bristles. There are multiple bristles on this brush.

I was rather surprised at how nice this brush felt. It didn’t tug at my hair, nor did it scratch my scalp. I was very surprised, considering I’m not a brush person.

My daughter actually “stole” this brush from me. She uses a brush every day, and she likes this one better because the brush it’s self is bigger (wider). I think it’s called a “paddle brush?”

I love the idea of the refillable bottles that come with this brush. You can easily fill them with your favorite hair care product, or something as simple as water (which is what I use).

I was able to fill one of the spray bottles up with my Miracle 10 leave-in conditioner. That’s handy!

I don’t travel, and the last time I spent the night someplace was many months ago. I really like that you can have a brush AND your favorite hair care product(s) in one convenient package.

This brush comes packaged very nicely. You could easily give this as a gift. I know gifting a brush sounds silly, but if you saw this in person, you’d know why this would make a great gift.
