New Dial 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion Review & Giveaway (ends 3/16/13)

Dial 7 Day Moisturizing Lotion

I try not to use the word “hate” too often. My parents taught me never to say “hate” (“seriously dislike” was acceptable). There are a few things that I truly hate. One of those things are dry skin, most especially on my hands, elbows and legs. When my hands get overly dry it makes it hard to get much done because my hands feel sore and painful. When my legs and the rest of my body is dry I feel itchy all the time, making it difficult to sleep at night.

I use lotion A LOT. I don’t usually go a day without using it. I might not use it on my body as much as I should, but I do use it on my hands a few times per day.

Whenever I hear about a new body moisturizing product I am always happy to try it out.

Dial sent me a bottle of their newest product, Dial 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion. Here is what Dial has to say about their new product.

New Dial 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion penetrates deeply to keep your skin soft and hydrated for up to seven days! Each day, your skin loses vital moisture and nutrients. Replenish your skin by using

Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion variants like Extra Dry with Shea Butter or Skin Therapy with Himalayan Pink Minerals. Dial’s trusted performance gives you a daily dose of healthy skin nourishment and soft skin that lasts.

Provide your skin with the nutrients it needs to feel healthy, smooth, and beautiful with ingredients like Himalayan Pink Minerals and Shea Butter! Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion is non-greasy and fast absorbing and delivers seven days of moisture after two weeks of use to hydrate and replenish your skin.

The first 7-day moisturizing lotion from Dial leaves your skin soft for up to seven days*

This fast absorbing, non-greasy formula deeply hydrates to leave your skin with a weightless shield of moisture that’s clean to the touch

The key ingredient found in Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Skin Therapy Lotion is Himalayan Pink Minerals, which are known to contain 84 minerals and elements and are widely recognized for their calming and energizing qualities.

The key ingredient found in Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Extra-Dry Lotion with Shea Butter contains essential fatty acids and natural anti-oxidant compounds to provide extreme moisturizing capabilities as well as cellular restoration.

Dial 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion is also available in Dry and Firming formulas as well as in two men’s variants.

The exclusive formula found in Dial 7-Day Moisturizing Lotion is infused with 7 bionutrients that address the specific needs of your skin, leaving you feeling soft and clean.

I received a bottle of Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Extra-Dry Lotion with Shea Butter. My hands have been so try and stiff lately that I tore into the box to retrieve the lotion just so I can put some on my hands.

Ahhh… instant relief! :-)

The lotion doesn’t really have much of a scent, but the subtle scent it does have is pleasant.

The lotion absorbs into the skin quickly. I don’t like lotions that take forever to soak in. I’m an always on the go. I don’t have time to wait for lotion to soak into my skin.

My skin does feel incredibly soft after applying the lotion. My hands are smooth and touchable soft. After a few days of use the dry patches on my hands were gone.

I’ve been using the product on my arms and elbows too. My elbows tends to get rough, dry and “ashy” in appearance. My elbows are looking and feeling really good right now.

I keep my bottle of Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Extra-Dry Lotion with Shea Butter on my desk and apply it throughout the day and one last time before going to bed. Because it’s so accessible my whole family has been using it too (for their hands). Even my teenage son and husband have been using the lotion.

Just because we mostly use it on our hands doesn’t mean it’s for hands only. The lotion is for your entire body except your face. I guess you could use it for your face too, but I’m not 100% sure.

So far I am very pleased with the results of using the Dial’s 7-Day Moisturizing Extra-Dry Lotion with Shea Butter.

Look for these new products at a store near you (drug store, grocery store, Walmart, Target…). The suggested retail price of a 12-ounce bottle is $4.99 and $6.99 for a 21-ounce pump bottle.
