Organic clothing is also very durable because it is free from the chemical bleaches, dioxins, and formaldehydes used in conventional cotton. Organic clothing will last longer than a conventional cotton T-shirt. You might pay a little extra upfront to purchase the clothing but because it lasts longer it actually ends up saving you money in the long run.
Organic fibers are hypoallergenic because organic fibers do not contains any man-made chemicals or products. That is a huge benefit for many people with allergies or skin diseases that are triggered by toxic chemicals.
When I first tried out organic cotton I was worried that once I washed it the clothing would fade or loose it’s shape. That is not the case at all.
