I love the movie Beauty and the Beast. I absolutely love the soundtrack too. I used to listen to the soundtrack in my car when I had to go on long trips and sing out loud to all the songs (of course I was alone in the car :-)). That was back when I used cassette tapes.
Beauty and the Beast is one of my all time favorite Disney films. I could easily watch it over and over again and never get bored with it.
Did you know that the movie is going to be re-released in theaters on January 13, 2012? This time it will be in 3D. I’m excited for the opportunity to see it in 3D. I bet the ballroom dancing scene in 3D will look amazing! Actually that is a great scene, even when it’s not in 3D.

Did you know that Beauty and the Beast was the first animated feature to cross the $100 million plateau in its initial release? The film was also nominated for six Academy Awards, winning Oscars for Best Song, by the renowned Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, and Best Original Score (Menken).

oooh thanks i actually bought the movie for my kiddos for christmas, alot of people look at me funny because yes i have all boys but where does it say that they can’t watch disney princess movies they like them too and so does mommy 🙂
