Have you seen those super cool musical instruments called Paper Jamz? I’m not sure why they are referred to as “paper”. They are not made of paper but perhaps they are referring to the fact that they are “paper thin”.
Paper Jamz are cool electric guitars, drums and amps that are made out of a hard plastic and are flat and thin. When you look at them you wouldn’t think they were a lot like a real instrument.
We have a Paper Jamz electric guitar. It has this really interesting ferocious mouth on it. Our guitar plays “Born to be Wild”.
Each Paper Jamz product is similar to its larger, non-paper thin, counter parts. When I listen to my son play his guitar you cannot tell that its not a “real” guitar. He’s actually got really good at it.
There are different playing modes. You could play along with the song (and sing along too if you are so inclined) as well as create your own music (freestyle). From my observations my son and daughter truly enjoy the freestyle option.
What I LOVE about the Paper Jamz guitar is that there are no strings. My kids used to have an acoustic guitar and they used to break the strings all the time, or the would tweak the end of the guitar and loosen up the strings or make them so tight that they would snap when you strummed the guitar. With Paper Jamz there are no strings for the kids to break.
Playing the Paper Jamz guitar couldn’t be any easier. You simply turn it on, decide what playing mode you want, and then just brush your fingers over the printed strings on the guitar. The guitar is sensitive to your finger movements so it will play the sounds according to how you move your fingers across the guitar.
You do not need to know anything about play guitars or be musically inclined to enjoy Paper Jamz. They make everyone an instant Rock Star.
My son is in the band at school. He plays the drums. Now that he has the Paper Jamz guitar he has been begging us to get him the drums and the amp so that he has the whole set. Thankfully Walmart has a special Paper Jamz bundle. You can get the guitar, drums and amp for $49.00. That is an awesome price! I won’t mention the store name but one store had the guitars, drums and amps for $25 each. Purchasing the bundle from Walmart is certainly a much better deal and would save a lot compared to other stores.
Each guitar and drum plays three songs each (plus freestyle). That would give your little Rock Star plenty of great tunes to work with.
