There are A LOT of awesome movies coming to theaters by the end of 2018. Some films I am definitely looking forward to are The Nun, Venom, Goosebumps 2, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, Suspiria, Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2, Mary Poppins Returns, Aquaman, Bumblebee and others. I am especially excited to see Halloween and Dr. Suess’ The Grinch.
I love that there is a great mix of “grown up” movies, children’s movies and family films.
Another delightful family friendly film coming to theaters next month is Smallfoot. It arrives at a theater near you on September 28, 2018.
Smallfoot stars the voice talents of features the voices of Channing Tatum, James Corden, Zendaya, Common, LeBron James, Gina Rodriguez, Yara Shahidi and more! Talk about an all-star cast
An animated adventure for all ages, with original music and an all-star cast, Smallfoot turns the Bigfoot legend upside down when a bright young Yeti finds something he thought didn’t exist—a human.
News of this “smallfoot” throws the simple Yeti community into an uproar over what else might be out there in the big world beyond their snowy village, in an all new story about friendship, courage and the joy of discovery.
Check out the film’s trailer.
My husband saw the trailer for this recently and he told me that he wants to go and see it. He’s a “manly man” too, but he’s also a big kid at heart and he enjoys fun movies like Smallfoot.
I have always been curious about “mythological” (for lack of a better term) creatures, such as Big Foot, the Abominal Snowman, and the Loch Ness Monster. I used to LOVE the series actor Leonard Nimoy hosted decades ago called In Search Of (yes, I’m showing my age). He even did an episode about Big Foot.
I’m not sure if kids these days really know much about a lot of strange creatures, but I’m pretty sure most have probably heard of Big Foot before. I’m sure stories about Big Foot pop up around campfires.
If you are interested in learning more about Smallfoot you can visit the film’s Official Website.
You can also check out the film on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram The official hashtag is #SMALLFOOT.
What do you think about the film? Will you be going to see Smallfoot when it comes to a theater near you?
