I’m forever slathering lotions on my skin. I have the “added bonus” of suffering from Eczema so it’s more important then ever for me to keep my skin moist. If not then the Eczema kicks. I have had my hands look like they were caught in a paper shredder in the past… dried, cracked and bleeding. It’s not a pretty sight.
I have spend hundreds of dollars on moisturizers over the years, most of which I toss out because they do not do what they claim or do not keep my skin moist enough. This includes special (costly!) lotions and creams prescribed by my Dermatologist too.
Vaseline now has a Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion and I have to tell you that this stuff is amazing! I’m very sceptical when it comes to lotions but the Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion passed “my test” with flying colors. It works GREAT! My skin has not felt this great in the Winter for as long as I can remember. My hands especially are nice and smooth, and dare I say, almost soft and smooth like a baby’s bottom. It’s prescription strength but without the prescription or the hefty price tag.
I learned that Vaseline tested out their new Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion in the town of Kodiak, Alaska (wow! I can’t image how cold it gets there). Kodiack’s population is 6,000 people and they endure an extremely icy climate leaving many of its residents with dull, dry and cracking skin. This very reason is why Vaseline thought the demographic would be perfect to demonstrate the effectiveness of Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion.
Vaseline asked Petal Ruch, a 50-year-old mother of four, to try the new Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion and if she felt it really worked, to start a word-of-mouth campaign for new Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion. If she liked it, she could then freely “prescribe” it to anyone else she thought needed it.
Through word-of-mouth advertising based on Petal’s experience with Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion, spread to more than 600 townspeople—including 39 cousins, a Russian music group, a knife maker, police detective, owners of fishing vessels, and many others. WOW! That is a lot of people to discover that Clinical Therapy works.

Vaseline’s Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion provides 60% more moisture than a prescription lotion.
I love how Vaseline’s Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy Lotion does not make your hands feel greasy, nor does it feel watered down or too thick. It’s a perfect consistency. It’s also available unscented and with a light fragrance.
Clinical Therapy great for the entire family.
