If you read my blog on a regular basis you’ve no doubt seen a few posts about Nature Made products. I am a big fan of the brand and use their products on a daily basis. Every day I take their gummy vitamins and supplements. They are very tasty. Even their Fish Oil gummies are tasty. If you take fish oil you know how gross it can taste sometimes. Not in gummy form. It’s yummy.
Another Nature Made product that I enjoy taking are their VitaMelts. VitaMelts are small vitamins that melt in your mouth. They come in yummy flavors creamy vanilla, mixed berry, honey lemon and chocolate mint, to name a few.
There are two new additions to the VitaMelts product line.
VitaMelts Hair, Skin & Nails is formulated with 2500 mcg of Biotin, which may help support healthy hair, skin and nails, and 60 mg of Vitamin C, which supports collagen production, per serving. It comes in a delicious, natural strawberry lemonade flavor.
VitaMelts Multi is specially formulated with 12 key vitamins to support the daily nutrition needs of both men and women, including 100% Daily Value of Vitamins A, C, E and B, and 1000 IU of Vitamin D. VitaMelts Multi comes in a mouthwatering, natural tropical fruit flavor.
I remember when I took prenatal vitamins. The did wonder for my hair and nails. Perhaps it had something to do with biotin.
If you take just one vitamin a multi vitamin is your best choice. They normally contain the vital vitamin and minerals that your body needs to stay healthy.
I like that both men and women and use the VitaMelts Multi. I have a hard time getting my husband to take a multivitamin because he thinks the pills are too big. I had him try the VitaMelts Multi and he liked it. He takes it regularly without me nagging him to take his vitamins. I’m sure the tropical fruit flavor has something to do with it. 🙂
Look for the new VitaMelts varieties where ever vitamins are sold.

These Nature Made vitamelts sound like a very good product to take to help with my skin and nails. I use Nature Made vitamins because they are the best, and they put no artificial ingredients in their vitamins. I will have to try these.

I am not sure. Speak with your child’s doctor just to be on the safe side.
