When it comes to stains, my family rules supreme. Or shall I say my kids are the “Stain Masters”. I’ve never met two children who could get so many stains on their clothes, and the most peculiar stains too. Out of both of my kids my daughter is the reigning champion. Even as a baby she would get formula stains on everything. She once managed to get ketchup on the BACK of her clothing. How does that happen? LOL!
Living on a tight budget we have to make sure that our clothing lasts a long time. That means sewing any lose buttons or holes and keeping clothing looking nice and free from stains. When you have children that are “stain magnets” that is easier said than done.
When I was asked if I wanted to become an ambassador for Resolve I jumped at the opportunity. I was curious to see how Resolve could help me keep my family’s clothing looking clean and stain free.
I’ve only just become a brand ambassador and I’m already hooked on Resolve All Stains.
A few weeks ago my family was having dinner at our favorite restaurant with friends. My husband accidentally got spaghetti sauce on the sleeve of his sweatshirt. He tried to wipe off as much as he could but there was still plenty left behind.
When we arrived back home he tossed his sweatshirt in the clothes hamper and neglected to address the stain. The shirt was then washed and dried without being treated. Usually when that happens the stain is set and there is nothing more you can do to remove it.
My husband’s sweatshirt was folded and put back in the drawer without any thought to the stain. As luck would have it we’ve been having some chilly weather here in New York. My husband pulled out the sweatshirt and put it on. It wasn’t until we were in the car getting ready to leave did we notice the stain on his sleeve. My husband was upset that we totally forgot about it. It’s one of his favorite sweatshirts and he didn’t want to toss it away.
The Resolve All Stains offers has a special dual-action stain remover formula which I think helped to remove the spaghetti sauce from my husband’s shirt. That was a pretty tough stain too, especially considering the shirt was already washed and dried and that stain has been sitting on it for a few weeks.
