BOO! SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob’s Halloween Collection available on DVD

 

My family and I are big time SpongeBob SquarePants fans. In fact Tom Kenny (the voice of SpongeBob) was one of my most favorite interviews I’ve done over the years. I also met him in person a couple of years ago. He’s truly a wonderful person.

Halloween is right around the corner. Many stores already have Halloween candy and decor in their shelves.

Recently I overheard a few mom’s talking about Halloween costumes not too long ago in the store. School just started – its hard to wrap my brain around Halloween right now.

If you enjoy SpongeBob SquarePants and Halloween you’ll be happy to know about a new DVD collection that is available TODAY (September 9, 2014). It’s called SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob’s Halloween Collection.

Bikini Bottom is about to become a whole lot scarier as SpongeBob and his friends encounter ghosts, curses and other frightening things!  SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob’s Halloween Collection is a 2-disc special filled with frightening fun, including 17 episodes and two bonus features. With all the craziness that SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and other friends get into, fans won’t want to miss this!

There is plenty of spooky fun to be had with this collection.

There are many “spooky” episodes on the DVDs, and others that are not necessarily creepy or “scary”. None the less there are plenty of great episodes in this collection.

One of my favorites is Ghoul Fools. That one always cracks me up, especially the things that Patrick says and does. LOL! When I think about SpongeBob and Halloween Ghouls Fools is the first episode that come to mind. If I’m not mistaken it aired as a special.

Frankendoodle is another fun episode. Spongebob and Patrick find a magic pencil that makes drawings come to life. Things go horrible wrong when a doodle of Spongebob comes to life and snatches the pencil and reaps havoc.

Scaredy Pants is a true Halloween episode. SpongeBob and Patrick get dressed up in costume and try to scare the residents of Bikini Bottom.

Overall I think this is a wonderful collection that any SpongeBob fan would love to add to their family’s DVD collection.

SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob’s Halloween Collection is released by Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Media Distribution. Look for it where ever DVDs are sold.
