I live in the northeast. It might be the middle of August, but the weather is already changing, thankfully. After the brutal heat and humidity was had for most of the summer, it’s refreshing to go to bed with the window open and not the air conditioner on full blast (you should see our electric bill – Ugh!).
My mind has been on September for a few weeks now. I work in the school district, so I am retuning to work in just a few short weeks. I have a lot of prepping to do, from activities and crafts to do with my “work kids,” to updating and replenishing my wardrobe. Even thought I might not need much, I still like to add a few new pieces to my wardrobe and accessories, just to keep things fresh.
Since I have to carry a lot of things back and forth to school from home, I am in need of a decent tote bag. I need one that is roomy enough to bring in extra papers and supplies, but also something that is stylish and comfortable.

I was sent one of their bags to review. The moment my daughter laid eyes on it she “claimed” it for herself. Ha Ha. No way! This beauty is mine.
I received to review a Neoprene Tote bag.

I absolutely LOVE that is it can snap open to make it bigger and give you more room, or snap close to make it look more like a regular purse. I don’t always need a tote bag. It’s nice to know that this lovely bag serves a dual purpose (tote and non-tote bag). It’s very versatile.
When the tote is fully opened it gives you A LOT of room. I was shocked at just how much. You wouldn’t think it was that big when you first see it (with the snaps closed) but once you open the straps and put down the bottom liner – WOW! I think I can put the kitchen sink inside (ha ha, just kidding).
Above is the interior of the bag with the snaps opened. These are regular sized books. You can see how much room there is.
I haven’t got mine dirty yet, but it’s good to know that it can be easily washed off.
The bag it’s self is very soft to the touch. Sometimes with brand new bags they are stiff and rigid. Not this bag. It feels like something I’ve had for a long time. It feels “broken in,” if that makes sense?
The straps are thin, which I prefer. Personally I find that thicker straps tend to make my blouse slide off my shoulder when I am using it. These straps stay on top of my shoulder nicely, and they are comfortable.
The included wristlet is awesome! I love that I can keep my super important stuff inside (phone, wallet, keys) and simply take the wristlet when I don’t need a bigger bag. It would be handy for make up as well.
There is a strap with a hook on the interior of the bag for your keys as well, that way they are always handy for when you need them (nothing worse than digging through your bag for your keys).
There is also a small interior pocket as well.
This bag would be great to have no only for work and play, but also for college and high school. A student could easily tote around text books and notebooks in this bags huge interior.
